5/06/20update. Still the Best Place for Great Deals on electronics, jewelry, tools, appliances and so much more. If you need some cash for whatever reason it's a Great Place to Pawn or Sell Something of Value. I Highly Recommend Going Here First.........Been doing business here for over 20yrs...Way back when it was check pawn. Some of the same people still work there after all these years..Unfortunately I learned today that one of them passed away, she was a lovely lady and moved up to manage another location that I stop in now and again...But Anyway Mike who has managed this the busiest Pawn Shop in the Greater Chattanooga TN area is a Wonderful person and if you talk for a better deal on something chances are you will get one...Everyone Who works here are also wonderful people to deal with, Leann, Shaggy, Cara, Bobby and the Rest...Best selection of any pawn shop around and the prices drop on items the longer their on the shelf.. at peak times you may have to wait in line, Like I said...Their the Busiest Pawn Shop in Chattanooga TN...almost forgot...You can get a six month warranty for only a few extra dollars on many items in the store..Who Else Does That? Right, no One..

Hands down the best experience of my entire life! not only was the shop well kept, organized and clear to see everything, the employees, they’re definitely a reflection of the atmosphere! Cara was so extremely helpful and her patience was TOP NOTCH! If she was unable to find the best possible way to ensure my happiness Mike wasn’t too far away with his knowledge and expertise as the manager. dealing with Mike and cara I will definitely recommend any and all business to EZ pawn on Rossville blvd! Bought all my game systems from here (with the exception of my Series S; THAT was from my daughter, but I digress.) Shaggy and Carrie really made me feel like a close friend!

Very friendly staff, they treated me like family. Great shopping experience, always a great value for my money. I randomly stop in and always find a deal even when I'm looking for nothing in particular.. easy helpful staff always available to answer questions. I honestly had questions answered that I wouldn't have thought to ask without their skillful expertise. I would recommend for you to stop in to check them out. I'm sure they would love to entertain any offer, if not only entertain.

Bobbi has helped us out numerous times, always friendly and helps get us the most possible. Whole staff make you feel welcome and are so easy going makes me feel like they really appreciate my buisness. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Awesome service the employees are great, the manager has the best attitude and can make you smile and laugh. I signed up for the text app to remind me of bill due and it really do come in handle with a busy schedule. It's always neat and clean every time I go in and greeted by multiple workers. I recommend the visit you never know, you may just find what you looking for.

Had the best experience in here today with a Jewish fella by the name of Collin. Man I was stuck trying to decide what to get my uncle for Christmas and he had to have seen the struggle on my face when he came over and asked me “can I help you with anything miss?” Yes, yes you most certainly can sir. I am just so delighted, this exceptional lad knew just what to say and do and I’ll absolutely be back to buy the rest of my family a Christmas present from here cause you just can’t beat the quality service and prices!!!

The staff are always so friendly and have great customer service. Best place to pawn things! And you can find some pretty good deals there. 10/10

The staff are always extremely helpful and empathic. Particularly Bobby who did everything in her power to get me the maximum possible loan. If you need a little help getting through, I promise you the best place to go is here and don't forget....ask for Bobby.

Great service I especially liked the great costumer service of the Canadian guy I think his name was collin but he was a hilarious guy , even suggested that I try moose milk ? Weird but im going try it ! He offered me a great deal on my vintage roller blades and smoke machine

I came in looking to buy a necklace. Not just any necklace but I had a specific one in mind... the one my crack headed uncle stole from me last week (Under the assumption he had brought it to a local pawn shop). I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young man by the name of Collin asking if I needed help finding anything. I said ‘as a matter of fact I do’. He listened to my sad story for at least an hour and helped me look through everything they had on hand. They didn’t have it but he was great, 10/10 would recommend.

EZ Pawn is the go to place for all your pawning needs. Tim did an excellent job taking care of all my needs. He and the other staff were very friendly. The manager has done a great job with his store.

Thankyou so much to the people at EzPawn on Rossville blvdChattanooga,I was charged Double on my rent where I live after paying my rent in cash 1200 $the company then hit my bank account a 2 time and withdrew another$ 1200 long story short It's taking more time than it should to recieve my money $ back which left me in able to retrieve a very very special piece of jewelry .But thanks for the greatest people at Ez pawn they worked with me to get through and be able to get my item out .Thankyou for your great service and understanding what like can throw at you .You guys made my week .Thankyou so much Janet and Rose Leonard.Happy customers .
