I have to say these storage units are very helpful especially in times of need , for instance my husband and I were in the process of moving houses and it was a real blessing for us and I'm Thankful for places like these❤

Me and my husband have had issues this the old lady from the very beginning. She never put in our gate code we still have to use the one she uses to get into it. We’ve had the unit for not even 6 months and have had 4 letters saying we’re either late or haven’t paid when we pay with checks and can see that she’s depositing or cashing them. The first time she paid for someone else storage unit because she told us the wrong unit number. She’s also changed the date we’re due 2 different times later into the month when we pay for it on the 10 so no matter what it wouldn’t be late or not paid for. I really don’t think that old women knows what she’s doing or how to run a business.

This place won't upgrade with the current times to get paid so I am sure there is some money laundering going on. They ask for cash, but will accept a check or money order. The cash isn't able to be tracked. If it were a legitimate business they would set up credit/debit card access.
I know for a fact the units don't keep out rodents, heavy rains, fall leaves, or winds. I had so many items ruined when my things were there. There's no one ever around if you need some type of assistance.
If you need long term storage I suggest you find somewhere else, because this place is an absolute joke.

This place is a joke! I've been calling for weeks to see what my bill was so I could catch it up and remove my property out. I was informed that my property has been sold. No notice or phone call. I was told sorry and they tried to call me or send me notices. But funny thing never got any. And after weeks she tells me today. Every time I called it was I'm in Florida or it's to cold to go down to the office and look for you. I just have to say thank you I hope you can live with yourselves. Lost all my dads tools!

I have rented from this place for over 5 years and the lady that works there has put a lock on my storage and I wasn't even late and have receipts to prove this, this lady is the most cold hearted person I have ever meet. I stoped by last week to get a few thing after I left the vet with my service dog and had just found out that he has cancer and my storage had a lock on it when I was paid up to date so she made me wait for over a hour to come unlock it and told me that it is not a kid dying it's just a dog and then maid me pay 30 dollars before she would take the lock off and I had all my proof that I was paid in full. I have had to hire a lawyer to handle this because I have all of what she said recorded so I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENT FROM THEM!!!
