McDonald's

The employees were wonderful & actually happy. The food was abit over cooked but it was alright. Also, since when do they have perfect circle chicken nuggets?

This is probably the best McDonald's in the state. I mean, don't expect miracles - it's fast food. You know what to expect - it's McDonald's. The food at this one is almost always as good as McDonald's gets, and the service is excellent. Never a major issue with this one or a problem that didn't get solved.

Clean, nice staff, food literally came out like less than 5 minutes after we ordered. Makes me wish I lived in Sparta just for the McDonald's. Carolyn was great and very friendly! This McDonald's deserves raises!

They were very helpful with it large to go order.

My nuggets were too cool to sell. They had been cooked and held too long.

Very laid back place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Staff was very courteous and efficient.

People are extremely nice and I have one friendly lady, I call the coffee lady,she is always smiling ♥

I just wanted to post a review that the cashier at this restaurant on this day and at this time is absolutely awesome. She’s smiling and greeting every single customer happily as they enter the restaurant and as she takes her order. She’s kind and helpful, even to customers who have been rude and bossy and slightly unkind to her! She deserves a raise, it’s rare and hard to find workers & cashiers in the food industry that are as joyful and happy as her. She has excellent customer service skills and I felt I should share this positivity. I can’t see her name tag but she has long light brown hair in a ponytail and we ears burgundy glasses. Thank you for showing kindness to all of your customers, ma’am!

The girl at the drive thru was awesome great attitude and still smiling despite the place being busy as heck.

I'm leaving this review because I was treated so well by the general manager Maria I promise if it's not 5 stars ask for here and she will fix it and make it worth your money and time

The food was fresh and delicious. We used the app an got a great deal on a frozen coke. They even ended up giving us an another person a free pie a piece. Awesome service and very clean lobby and bathrooms

We got in line for drive thru and it was a long line. Luckily the crew there were rolling right along. Also my kids are picky so I have difficult orders. I would say 9 times out of 10 the order is correct.
Mistakes happen to all of us so you cannot blame someone for being human.
My kids adore McD and it usually has the best value. Thank you for making my night a little less crazy. :)

I love the Algood Tennessee McDonald's. The managers are very professional and friendly. The staff is pleasant and professional. I am a rather frequent visitor. I meet with a group of older men in the morning, our goal is to solve ALL of the world's problems.

Went through the drive thru, and that was a nightmare in itself!! But only one employee was nice and actually spoke to me. The kid at the window handing food on the other hand was something else! He was rude, obviously didn't want to be there, got mad cause he gave me a drink I didn't order and slammed the window shut. This was the ONLY BAD experience I had at this location, of course other than the long wait in line in drive thru

Even though they're doing a remodel, the drive thru went pretty fast, order was correct, friendly staff.
