I didn't get her name but it was the younger of the two this Saturday morning. I called before to make sure I was able to pull money off a certain card and they said yes. I pulled up to the drive thru and told her I was the one that called and told her my request and she literally rolled her eyes at me and asked for my pin to pull the money off. She continued to say it was my pin that was wrong (it's the last of my social so I for sure know it) and that I couldn't do it. This hasn't been the first time she's been rude to either myself or my fiance. I'm done with this bank and switching Monday.
