Panda Express

Place is very welcoming. Very busy at dinner time. Staff is very friendly. Matt is a really cool dude. Place overall is clean and so is the restroom. They even have spoons if you ask at the counter. The cream cheese rangoons are a must. I will definitely be coming back.

First of all, I LOVE that Panda is open later!!
Whenever I would come in late, I would worry that my options were going to be slim Pickens! Not anymore!!! Several times II have come in shortly before closing and they still had several options to pick from.
They would even whip up a batch of whatever I needed. They never give me dirty looks for walking in the door 15min before closing and always greet me with a smile.
The manager Mike is great and Hannah is awesome!!!! Thank you to all the employees at the store on Rt.100!!!! You're doing a great job, keep up the good work!!! 👍🏼😃🎉

Came in at 6:15on a Sunday night. Between online orders and in house orders they got swamped. I've got 24 years working FOH, BOH, and managing restaurants and would hire Kelsey in a heart beat. She killed it, she remained calm, kept making calls for dishes, and kept the line moving while keeping all the backed up orders organized.

First time trying Panda Express and the food was exactly what I expected. I had the Orange Chicken which was not too spicy, with the broccoli and cabbage (i think). Nothing to complain as the food was good.

Love the food here but it's always crowded as hell. Go on off times to avoid crowd's and back up. If not you could be waiting a while. Buffet style service but the food is so good. A bit pricey but it's worth it. I take out. Avoid dinners hours unless order ahead or use Grubb hub.

Great lunch spot! The food is always tastes amazing. The prices are good. The staff is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back!

Best place ever. I LOVE the food here especially the chow mein (I recommend that with orange chicken) and the staff are always so sweet every time I go there the people are always so nice to me I just love it so much everything about the place is so comforting.

Great, they sell live or cooked Panda. Couldnt wait to come back and eat more especially when they get their first baby panda shish kabob. Its almost as good as the pickled fetuses. Pickled Fetus makes for a better kabob then the baby panda kabobs. Either one though is a fantastic delicacy.

Ever since they had new management recently they have been spot on! Everyone is nice, your order is correct and labeled. Such a big turnover from less than a year ago. We now started eating there again regularly. Way to go manager! Tell your crew they are much better than they used to be.

Oh yeah!!
This is the kind of place you want to have at the end of a long drive.

Max and Alex were so nice and all about customer service. There was a long line as usual but they along with their co workers consistently provided great customer service along with being efficient. Love this Panda Express. Great prices. Healthy alternatives. Eat there at least once a week. Clean restaurant as well. Food was awesome as always

Friendly staff. If you don't see something from the menu already prepared, asks them to cook it for you.

Rachel, Olivia, and the cook Neil were very kind. We went in 15 minutes before closing and they offered to make us fresh portions of what we wanted that wasn’t available. We didn’t expect this as we knew we were going in close to close, but they were nice enough to take care of us. Overall it was a very positive experience and better service than you get in a lot of sit down and order restaurants.

On April 19th, I posted a review based on the negative experience I had with this restaurant. However, I was immediately contacted by a customer service representative who very professionally and courteously responded to me and assured me that they would pay attention to that situation and make the necessary corrections, not only in the quality of the portions they served but also with the staff. Yesterday we ordered food again and the difference was noticeable. I don't know how they did it but they obviously acted quickly and we were very satisfied, especially with the way Yin served us and the courtesy she extended to my wife when she learned that my wife was a nurse. Thank you for the excellent service.

Buffet style takeout with an excellent variety of tasty food. I found the prices very reasonable considering the generous portions and quality of the dishes served. I especially appreciated that everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. My server was accommodating and intent that I was pleased.

I’m sitting in this restaurant right now, middle of the lunch rush and let me tell you, the food is hot, the drinks are cold and the team is amazing. There is a 4 person staff here right now (idk if that is the norm or not) and they are KILLING it! They even have a sweet new girl whom is on her 2nd day and they are still rocking it! I love this restaurant but the staff makes it amazing. Their communication with each other is awesome and their customer service is as well. 5 stars!!!
