I can’t begin to explain the amazing experience I just had. Allison gave a 10/10 experience. I love how they held a conversation with me and they also recommended different products and I love the way they recommend the sauce and veggies, it was delicious. I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. I would come back to this location just to have this outstanding experience again. Fresh products, clean establishment and just wow.

I order chicken sandwich, she gave me chicken rotisserie; probably they bought their chicken from Sam’s Club I spend 23 dollars. After calling the manager. She told me to drive back to store with the sandwich. So I decided to not waste my money in subway in this location. She is not given me credit for this sandwich because I am not gonna drive 10 miles to get another worse or another chewy sandwich. They recently changed their chicken to rotisserie chickens. They do not confirm with customers before they make sandwiches. I am disappointed with her management. If you all want to waste your money go to this location.

Mya was literally the best. I called in. I was rushing to get my food. She placed the order over the phone for me and it was fresh and ready to pick up in 7 mins. She was extremely nice about it and made sure my sandwich was correct. She was perfect my sandwich and morning!!

The morning opener was super nice and welcoming. Always has my favorite bread ready(Italian herbs, and cheese) the vegetables are always fresh.
I’ll always come back for the food and the vibe.

I just left there and the computer was running slow. Now working customer service I understand the level that different workers are allowed to do. They were very nice about it and we were waiting and the owner came in and got us all situated. The people were very helpful and I got what I needed very quickly! Thank you!

This was a special treat for our grandson, because we never go out anymore! He ordered a foot long ham and cheese, and they fixed it exactly as he asked. We were in and out very quickly. The associate was very friendly and listened to his wishes. He declared the sandwich was "perfect!". It remains his favorite place for a quick bite.

Not only were the employees incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were kind too. I really do not leave reviews often, but when an experience like this one happens where you feel completely welcomed and comfortable, something should be said. If I could give above 5 stars, I would.

We arrived just as they were closing. I appreciated the employees being quick and efficient.

The employees did not act like we were disrupting the closing routine. Many stores (any type of store), I have been to close to closing time, employees act unfriendly because they want to close and leave.

I like the people that work there, they've been very friendly as of recent Nov.-Dec 2017. Previously would've given one ☆ due to poor service and always running out of everything. So if I don't update this review, the quality and service can change. If you tip for the service they are very grateful and will remember you, thus receiving exellent service😉

I don't know the guys name, but he always asks if I want the Garlic Aoli on my sub. If you see this you have forever changed my sub! It tastes like garlic bread!

We ordered 6 trays of foot long subs for an event at church. They were ready as promised, with plenty of extras to allow our guests to customize their subs. Price was right, food was delicious!

This is one the Best Subway chain store in Cedar Rapids, Ia. They are friendly and not just ur everyday workers, they go out of their way to make sure customers are content.

Conveniently located. The workers are friendly. Not the nicest area. But good for pickup and go.

Subway is pretty much Subway. I have to say though that the staff here were pleasant and very attentive. They got our orders quickly and got them just right. Loved it!

The woman that works here is very nice. The sandwich she made was good too. I will be returning.

I got the bacon, chicken, and guacamole wrap. It was superb. They warmed the chicken and bacon so my sandwich was hot. The selections there are endless.

I got the monster and it was not made correctly. I called and they had me come in and made my sandwich right for me. Thank you!!

Even in a rush the ladies here are very polite and able to offer great customer service. This is the only Subway in town I like to go to.
