Josh and his 3-man crew were outstanding to work with. We had a demo of our old pool and a new rebuild done. Professional, courteous, and just a great group of guys. Arrived at 8 a.m. and left when the job was complete around 5 pm. They had to work around two perennial gardens on either side of pool and did so with minimal to no damage to plants, as well as working with a small amount of space between pool and pines. Very impressive!! Would highly recommend Josh and his team... very happy with them and the job they did.

Josh Arnett & his crew are amazing. Josh schedules the install. He is ON schedule, weather permitting. Does an AMAZING job. I highly recommend Josh and his crew. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Fixed and installed a new liner with coping and did it right. They worked late to make sure everything was solid. Josh helped winterize it before closing last year and we prepped for upgrades then. He knows his stuff. Josh had a full crew who stayed late and worked hard to clean up after the pool was ready for water. They went the extra mile.

Great service. Came out sharply and quick to respond with questions. Did a complete leak detection and told me the choices to repair/replace. I thought that he was trustworthy. I recommend.

Josh came with a crew and placed a new liner in my inground pool. Him and his crew were professional, educating me on the process and answering my many questions. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I also had numerous leaks in the pool which Josh found and repaired to my satisfaction. He was very thorough in his repairs. I was pleased to receive a follow up phone call about my satisfaction and to follow up on the repairs. This company had great customer service and was quick to return calls, and had great communication. I would highly recommend.

Josh and his crew were very professional. They were on time and worked hard to get the job done. Unfortunately they ran into some unforeseen issues with my liner installation but that never stopped them. They jumped in and got the job done. Josh sent pictures throughout the installation so that I could see what was going on. He even stopped and picked up my liner and brought it with him. Such great customer service. Josh and his crew did an amazing job! They were professional and efficient setting up my new above ground pool. The crew cleaned up all trash when completed and took the extra time to walk me through the specifics of my pump. I would highly recommend his service!

LBP pools did an excellent job on our above ground pool. They did all the ordering, clearing the ground, erecting the pool and explained everything we needed to know about caring for the pool. Called back quickly when I asked about having my pool installed. Had me on the schedule pretty soon after contacting and was on time to put the pool up. Facilitated getting water brought in. Would definitely give these guys a call again for any problems or installs.
