As a vendor to this amazing facility which is clean and organized. I started out here not knowing completely what I was doing and they absolutely welcomed me with open arms and a very embracing attitude. The entire staff here from the manager, estimators, technician's, and office manager are all as good as they come, they will treat you as family and will not give up until they know your satisfied and understand any and all parts of your repair. You can rest assured they will take care of any issue you have and will truly restore the rhythm of your life!

I had another driver put a crease into the rear door panel and rear quarter panel of my vehicle. Insurance provided Caliber Collision as one of their recommended repair shops, and I'm glad I decided to go with them. My car was finished ahead of schedule and you would never know I'd been hit. They were also excellent about keeping me informed throughout the repair process. Hopefully I won't be needing their services again, but I will return if it ever comes to that.

I am a travel RN from WI currently staying in Cedar Rapids. Had unfortunate incident of flood damage to my vehicle during torrential rain storm. I was referred to Caliber Collision for repairs. Vehicle was close to being deemed totaled but Caliber Collision went above and beyond to restore my beloved Honda back to life both inside and out!! It literally looks brand new! This is the place to go! Amazing service & excellent communication through the whole process. They knew we were paying out of pocket for a rental & got our vehicle back as quick as possible. Good as new! We are already planning on using them again for another service. Won’t go anywhere else. We appreciate their honesty. Brian, Pam and the team at Caliber finished my repairs (and more) promptly and beautifully. They went above and beyond to get my car finished by my lease turn-in with kind and continual updates, via text, phone and email. They even covered an additional repair on my car that Allstate wouldn’t! I’d return in a heartbeat if the need arose.

They were amazing!
My car was brought to them after I was in an accident that totaled it. After assessing the damage, they called me right away before calling the insurance company. Even though my car wasn't salvageable, I still felt like they cared and put in a lot of effort when it came to their customer service. And I wasn't expecting them to call me at all, I thought I was gonna have to wait till insurance got back to me. So I really appreciated them taking the time to contact me before contacting Insurance.

Caliber Collision in Marion once again far exceeded my expectations, not only did they get my truck back like new, they went above and beyond by helping me with an electrical issue that was not only unsafe, but was not even part of the original repair process. I can’t thank Brian and the team enough. We’ve brought multiple vehicles here and each time Brian and the team make it easy, fast and showroom quality. From start to finish. My collision intake done by Katie Conrad was efficient, thorough, and communicative. Although my parts were on back order for months, she never lost sight and forgot about my claim.

After my parts were in Brian was in constant communication with me about parts and the extent of the damage. He went above and beyond tracking down parts (the only one left in the country) and had me back on the road in a weeks time.

I know my car was pushed quickly through repairs but undoubtedly was never rushed. This team is top notch!!! Thanks CC, me and my VW appreciate the love.

Caliber Collision was the recommended repair location of the insurance company handling their client's claim. The repairs were be done and all payments handled directly between the two - easy for me! After an initial visit, Caliber Collision sent the quote to the insurance company, ordered parts and scheduled the repair. I took my car in and got an unexpected call from my mechanical lead and separately, the manager, to notify me that upon detailed inspection at the start of the repair, the unseen structural damage deemed my car unsafe, and ultimately totalled my vehicle. Of course, this had to go back through the insurance company but to help me bridge the gap, Caliber Collision arranged a rental car for me.
When I dropped my car off, I had all intentions of picking it up later that day as it LOOKED like some bumper damage. In reality, I never got to take my car home. While I'm completely gutted, I'm grateful that the team at Caliber Collision was so thorough and is keeping me and my family safe.

Caliber went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was my service quicker than expected, but it also came up cheaper than my initial quote! All of the staff were very friendly and they walked me through the process beforehand to make sure I was feeling confident. They did a great job fixing my car and also cleaned it! The lobby and restrooms were clean and offered nice refreshments and fresh popcorn. Would definitely recommend and will return if my car needs anything else.
