Always fantastic customer service, very efficient, food comes out pretty quickly as soon as you get to the window, staff is ALWAYS friendly. Very rarely do they get your order wrong and when they do, they correct it. I compare the customer service and level of service of other businesses. regardless of what that business is to Chick-fil-A’s service because Chick-fil-A is the standard in customer service and making their customers feel welcome and happy and satisfied and they go above and beyond in doing that, and they are always kind and courteous. I would say at least 97% of the time they have your order correct. I love Chick-fil-A.

This is truly one of the best Chick FilA in town . They have excellent service, great and fast to go process. Everyone is very pleasant and great place with kids .

Efficient process, quality food. It was a beautiful day so we ordered our food inside & sat outside on their patio to eat our food. Not sure how long they've been open to eating inside but we saw others doing that but couldn't miss opportunity for amazing weather to eat delicious food on the patio.

I was given quality service by a boy named Brodie. He is always very efficient and confirmed our order. I know that whenever he takes my order it will always be correct. This is a great location that obviously hires the best employees. 😁

Chick FIL a is always a great place. The staff, atmosphere and food are wonderful. Lots of choices for picky eaters (if you like chicken 🐔). Keep in mind, they are always closed on Sundays.

Don't be surprised with the long lines in drive through. With the lobby open, go on in to order. You can use the app to order ahead.

Definitely look into the app. Points add up fast, which you can redeem for "free" food. Chick FIL a frequently will send you rewards as well.

the staff was so sweet and were so helpful when we messed up our online order! their christmas decorations were also so cute and welcoming! definitely my favorite chick fa la!

Even on their busiest days, service is quick and always delivered with a smile. My orders are consistently accurate and I leave there feeling a little happier each visit.

Their drive thru lines always have cars wrapped around the building, but I’m still always out of there within 5-7 minutes. Also the workers are always polite and accommodating. Would recommend!

Great service even when busy during lunch rush.

I just found out they have gluten free bans, huge plus for me!
The service is good, sometimes it takes them a lot of time to clean the floor/tables though.

It's always fun to go to Chick-fil-A. Food and drinks are always good. Love the frosted diet Lemonade and the sandwiches are always great. Love all of the Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Best fast food Restaurant in Marietta area. Period. Great taste and fabulous service, if you are dining in or using drive through. During the last couple of visits, I was greeted by the owner (he didn't mind the sun) and attended to each passing by car. The staff are super polite with a great attitude. I am truly a fan of Chick-Fil-a. Glad this location is very close to my home.

I have always loved this location. The employees are amazing and it's always efficient no matter how long the line is. Today I stopped in to get lunch. The line was out onto Johnson Ferry past the Starbucks. They had close to 20 employees outside working the mobile order line and the regular drive thru line. I was so impressed at the level of service and attitude the provided. THANK YOU all for how well you service our community.
