It was giant experience !! What the hell do you want me to say about that giant ? They are all the same for the most part. The people that work there are great the store pretty much has everything there is when it comes to products. And they are clean stores and so on and so on.

GIANT DIRECT=Chrislynn is a rockstar! These young kids they have need to be better trained how to pick items such as produce, meats, etc. I was charged $14.68 for a bag of grapes, for example, only half were edible. (It's great for ADA but geesh! )

We have consistently good experience with Giant, strangely the stores in VA are not related to the ones in PA. However they have been great in both places. Produce is fresh and the place is clean. Not the cheapest or the most expensive but overall solid!

Love the store. Hate the self check out. Their self check out is the most scrupulous of all the local grocery chains. The lines with the real cashiers are too long, and the self-checkouts are extremely frustrating. If you scan something and the screen isn't green, it tells you to scan the item or to place the item back in the bag. Then you have to wait for an employee to come over and reset the system to keep you scanning.
This is time consuming and annoying.

Walmart isn't like this, nor Weis.

Pharmacy staff was very helpful all the time.

Produce is good quality and fresh (except at night).

Expanded gluten-free options make it my one-stop shopping location. Great produce and meat departments. Deli staff is very courteous and attentive to detail in filling orders.

Always good deals especially when you have a members card you can save a lot of money and also simultaneously earn gas points that you can use at the Giant Food Store gas station. And when you earn enough points the price of the Giant Foods Store gas can be pretty cheap.

Their shelves are always stocked well and the store is always pretty clean. They could use a few more cashiers instead of relying on self checkout, but that’s just the world we live in now.

Getting up in age is inevitable but, this location of Giant at 277 Hershey road keeps there fleet of Electric carts charged all the time. I say Thank You because of a physical disability I am limited to how long I can stand.

Great location starts with the parking lot, which is well planned where car traffic and pedestrian traffic don't get in each other's way too much. Inside is clean, well-stocked and flows well. I would like to see the expanded hot bar that some of the other locations have. That being said, this is my favorite Giant location.

Always have a pleasant experience when shopping here. Friendly staff, makes it all the better. Shout out to Greg in the beer garden. Je rocks at hos job! Always look for him because hes our favorite and to Kyle and the gas pumps. He makes your day. So nice and friendly. Even offered to pump my gas for me! Keep on being awesome guys!!!

Just used Giant Direct through Peapod for the first time. It was an extremely easy process - I chose the pick-up option. The only thing I missed was when you pick it up there are designated parking spots where you pull in and there is a number you call. They come out, you sign some paperwork, and they load your groceries. There was one item of paper towels that was out of stock, but they substituted it with the next quality up at the same price of the product I wanted. They were very kind to someone who wasn't quite clear on how the process worked. Overall a great first experience would definitely try again! Would highly recommend to parents who have children that are less than cooperative when shopping! I also got a cute little shopping bag filled with samples, coupons, and a HAND WRITTEN Thank You note!!! Can you say - WOW?! This was the best customer service experience I have had in years!

This GIANT is the only big chain grocery store I will go to if I need something for an occasion or emergency. Wide selection of groceries for a big chain store. ATM inside Coinstar inside Pharmacy inside

Clean and well lit store with a good selection of products. The employees have been helpful, and the checkout never takes too long. It isn't as large as some of the other stores, but it is in a very convenient location that makes it easy to pick up groceries.

Great prices and you get gas points! These are easy to rack up as $1= 1 points and 100 points gives you 10c of gallons up to 25 gallons. Usually clean and self service is the way to go! Just go during off times and it'll be empty
