Goodwill Store

I really enjoyed this store, it was clean, well organized, lots of inventory, the cashier was friendly, good value for unique products.

Received excellent conscientious help from a young man working there who is going through cancer treatment. His name is Corey, if you see this review please pray for his full restoration and wellness. He made sure 2 ceramic trays were well boxed for the car trip home.

I was looking for a 12v charger and this gentleman dewayne was so helpful, seen my hands full and offered me a basket..I got up front and didn’t get his name but the associate Lisa (new associate) was willing to go to the back and confirm his name for me..Great place and very clean! I love Goodwill!!!!

The store is fine and is worth of a five star, this post is regarding a run-in with an employee and face mask usage.

I am unable to wear a facemask and fall under the CDC exception where I should still be permitted access to a location. I was not attempting to go into a store; when I need to go somewhere, I call in advance and talk to a store manager. My thought behind that is that I don't want to be embarrassed by being told I am not welcome nor do I want an employee to feel uncomfortable telling me that I'm not welcome since that employee has no idea of the type of response he or she will receive.

The employee, at the drop-off point, informed me that I had to wear a mask. I explained the CDC guidelines to him, along with the exceptions, and that I fall into that category. He asked me for a doctor's note, which is illegal for a couple of reasons. He then stated that on Goodwill property, I had to wear a mask.

I was outside the store, no where near him or anyone else, placing my items in the bin, the same as I have been doing all along since this whole thing started. This was the first time I was confronted by anyone regarding face mask usage OUTDOORS. The donated items are not at any more risk from me not wearing a mask than by someone who does.

I have spoken with the store manager. Apparently Goodwill is not following the CDC exceptions, which could get them in trouble if someone really wants to push the issue. However, she did say she will discuss how the employee handled the situation with the employee because he did not handle it well.

Will I still go to the location? Yes. It's in, what I consider, to be a safe area, with easy drop off and means to get in and out easily. Will I wear a mask, no, because I cannot. Hopefully the employee and any others who work in the area, will be educated as to how to handle the situation.

Seriously, I was outdoors. I shall refrain from saying anything else because I want this to remain civil.

I love Goodwill in general because you never know what you are going to find! I stopped here once and the store was very clean and well organized. All of the staff members were very friendly. They have a very large variety of stuff!

Even though it's busy it's a friendly atmosphere people are distancing and everyone had a mask on you have the option to clean your own car even if it already been clean

Always a fun and nostalgic Americana trip. Like a museum...everyone of them has at least one Sony Dream Machine..lol.
Like items separated by aisle, glass, wood, books, frames, tech stuff, larger clothing and furniture areas.

1/2 price day and some really great finds. The cashiers were really moving the lines fast and remaining courteous. Happy shopping for us today!

Great customer service at the store it was clean and organized Sunday I'd 99 cent on red tag items and it is for a good cause...I went to 3 Goodwill stores found the same customer service in all 3 stores great company.

The staff here are so sweet! There is a wide selection of dresses, books, and frames at this location. They also have a very clean store.

Always find something I need. Great company with amazing programs for it's employees to better themselves. That's why I always use their round up program to the nearest dollar.
