Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar

We went to the Weirton Primanti's for the first time this past week. I have been a long time fan frequenting various locations but wanted to give it some time after opening to work the kinks out (and for the crowd to fade down) before stopping by.

We got a table right away and although it wasn't the quickest I've ever had, the service and cook time were very reasonable especially during their happy hour. Our food was delicious as always and we left stuffed full.

I had the southwest bean burger and my husband had some other type of meat burger with pastrami and bacon on it.

I visit every primanti brothers that I can, always get the Pittsburger. And Pizza is also pretty good. Only problem is music is always to loud to talk to the person you are dining with. But the food is amazing.

I changed my review back to 5 stars for the simple fact that they seemed to have worked out the quirks of a newly opened business. I love their pastrami sammiches and I hope they get the Primanti beer at this location one day soon. Tip your server.

There's a new player in town! We went on one of the community day "test drives" and let me just say that if this was any indication of how they operate, Weirton businesses should be on notice. The food was incredible, the alcoholic drinks were delicious, the service was perfect, and the atmosphere (albeit busy) was fun and lively. At every opportunity, the managers and waiters/waitresses checked to make sure everything was to our liking, even with a packed house. I'm the type of person who nitpicks things I don't like, and there wasn't a single thing I found to complain about.

Food is amazing and the store is very well kept. The girl on curbside is always nice and gets the orders right everytime.

We sat at the bar and had Logan as our beer tender. She was amazing, really personable, and sweet to talk with. It was our first time there. We're from upstate new york and we loved it! On the other hand, we tried primanti bros in Monaco and totally different atmosphere. We should have gone back to wierton!

First time going to Primanti Bros. Ever!! Even on the first day of opening they kicked butt!! Great food and service! Might come back for the steelers game tonight!

Staff is always great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Food is always, always good. I love that I can get a gluten free bun, and it's pretty tasty. The fries are always so delicious and come out super fast when we order as an appetizer. We don't like coleslaw and no one here gives us a hard time about it either. If you know, you know.

Food was amazing. Lots of options for other foods and pizza toppings galore. Can't wait to go back. Staff was very friendly and patient trying to figure out what to order.

I had the oven roasted turkey with the sweet heat mac ball sauce and it was the perfect combo! My fiancée and I loved it

A group of three of us enjoyed eating there, I went for the first time and had a Pittsburger (I didn't see it in the recommended list below).. will definitely go back.

Awesome Place! The Sandwiches Are Very Good & So Is The Pizza. Nice Place To Stop After Work. The Resturant Is Clean & The Staff Is Always Friendly. Nice Addition To Weirton. Great Job!

This place was absolutely amazing!! All staff was very nice and on top of their game! We maybe waited 10 minutes after ordering for our food and they were packed and busy! Very fast and very great!! We look forward to going back really soon!!! He got his Pittsburgh sandwich and I got the steak salad and oh my gosh PERFECTION! I was a bit scared when I seen thin steak but it was real angus and cooked perfectly!!! Highly recommend the steak salad, it was the best I’ve had yet!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Glad they built one in weirton. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and moved to the area about 6 years ago. Foods always on point and consistent. Alotta food for the price.

It was really good. We were quoted 40 minutes but honestly it wasn't that long only waited maybe 20 minutes. We walked over to the pet store while we waited. The cheese fries were really good and the food was good. Our server Meagan was really friendly and honestly was really good. Definitely recommend it it's worth it.

The food is always excellent. On the very rare occasion they mess up an order, they always do what it takes to make it right. They have the best customer service!!!

So let me start by saying that we ordered online and got held up at Lowe’s so we picked up our food late. Now with that said the food was still amazing by time we got it home. You know it’s great food when you can eat it cold and it’s still great. We look forward to many more meals here. Thanks for coming to Weirton.

I was born and raised only 5 minutes from the original Primanti in the Strip District. I've had it most of my life . Recently moved to Weirton and was excited for it's arrival. Primanti has been around since 1933 and will be around for a long long time. It's a unique sandwich with an acquired taste . It's a big step for the Weirton community and I promise you won't leave hungry. The overall value for your dollar vs. the amount of food you get is on point !!!
Just be prepared for a 15 minute wait and maybe a 15 minute wait for food. It's a new restaurant with new staff that are learning the curve . Please be patient and kind . They work hard and deserve it . Just like you . If you don't want love put into your food then just go to Subway .

We had a mishap with our pick up order but it got resolved and our entire order got comped due to our wait and the restaurant taking accountability for what happened. They definitely did not have to do that! Friendly staff. Please keep in mind they JUST opened and will take a while to work out the kinks just like any new establishment! Give them grace! Will definitely be back!!

Really good sandwiches, had the sirloin steak and cheese. I've been to a few of these in the tri-state and this one was better than the rest taste wise. People working there were very nice. Was there first week they opened, hopefully the quality stays consistent. Design wise it is very basic and not as big or interesting as some of the others, however, it is a new type in that it is in a building with a Primanti's and Chpotle both.
