I can’t thank Dave enough for the quality, and speed that he was able to replace my patio doors.
my old door had been installed very poorly and whoever had done it took short cuts just to make it fit, which it barely did. The door was old, rotted, and in desperate need of replacing.
Dave was able to come take measurements and give me a quote within a day.
The actual installation took him less than a day, it looks incredible, and it’s clear things were done the right way. I will absolutely be using him for future projects around the house.

Dave did a fantastic job on our new home! He mounted 3 large TVs, put in pendant lights for us, and installed 7 ceiling fans for us. I highly recommend him and will use him for all future needs.

Dave has successfully completed several projects in my home. he’s remodeled, bathrooms, installed doors, and most recently completed a woodworking project which consisted of installing shiplap on my kitchen ceiling. It is just gorgeous, excellent workmanship and professionalism.

We needed our back door completely replaced (trim and everything). He was able to come out within a few hours of my call to get measurements and a quote. Scheduling everything was super easy and fast too. He got it done in a few hours and it looks amazing! Everything is so clean and looks perfect. He cleaned up the project along the way and took our old door for us as well! Dave was super easy to work with and we could not be happier! We will be using him again and would 10/10 recommend him to all our friends!

We hired Dave for some drywall work at a salon and him and his wife were great! The response was fast and very courteous. The work was great and the prices fair, we will be calling again whenever the need arises!

Dave is a highly qualified professional builder. He took the time to explain to us our options to rebuild our deck and he did not disappoint. He met our schedule and completed our project ahead of schedule. I was impressed with how meticulous Dave was on deck boards and how they looked. He took a two tiered deck that was in a miserable state and turned it into a work of art. I would hire Dave in a heartbeat for any home project.

I had a recent house inspection that noted repairs to my deck and other carpentry related items were needed. The main concern was the deck. Dave did a fantastic job in refurbishing my weather beaten deck. His expertise and attention to detail and quality of work speaks for itself. Wanted to show the carpentry work to the deck before the redwood stain is applied. He did a great job in addressing all of the miscellaneous carpentry repairs as well.

I needed a fixture replaced in my master closet. It was not a big job, and I was having trouble finding someone to do it. I contacted Dave and he had time to fit me in the next day! He was right on time and the installation was perfect. His pricing was fair, and I would recommend him in a minute.

I called David to address some work to be done on my covered porch.
He was quick to respond, came-in on time, advised about what the best solution was for the task and got it done the same day in a very professional manner.
I was very satisfied with his work and attitude and would certainly recommend him to get your project done.

Dave was extremely professional and provided excellent work. Work completed included hanging new light fixtures, trim work and painting, etc. Would recommend!

Dave redid my deck and another home repair. He was communicative and true to his word. The deck work was done professionally and Dave is transparent throughout the process about the cost , and goes to great lengths to make sure his work is exactly what you want.

From start to finish, Dave was great to work with and did an awesome job! We called on a Thursday afternoon and he was able to come out same day to look at our needs and give an estimate. Replaced our front door threshold all the way down to the concrete and built new. Looks good as new! Dave also installed a storm door and it truly completed the new look. Will be calling Dave for any future house repairs.

Dave + Danielle were wonderful to work with. Dave helped us with blinds, fans, and an irrigation/gutter issue. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Dave installed a new bathroom vanity and mirror. Wow, what a wonderful job he did! Dave is a craftsman pure and simple and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work he’s done!

I started working with Dave last year. Exterior Shutters, Fan installation, exterior repair--outstanding work.
This month, Dave remodeled the guest bath upstairs. New floors, base boards, drywall repair, paint, toilet, vanity and faucet install.

If you've tried to hire a handyman lately, you know finding a good one is not easy these days. My wife and I were thrilled to find Homework by Dave through a neighbor's referral. Dave showed up on time for a couple of projects and not only did a perfect job, he made suggestions that resulted in even better outcomes that saved us money! We had a guest room and bathroom renovation due to much water damage. Dave and his team were very professional from start to finish. Clear in timelines. Reachable and responsive with questions. He also
walked us through every step.
He came and worked sometimes well into the evening in order to stay on track with the timing of everything. Highly recommend Dave. Very happy with the final outcome and prices. Thank you!

Dave is by far the best you can get if you need the job done right. I had a pantry door that i bought but it didn't fit. He was able to not only cut the door to the absolute correct measurements but also install the hinges to fit flush with the frame. He cleaned up after and the door fits perfectly.
