Ehrhart Energy went above and beyond my expectations when it came to servicing my energy needs. I had a bit of a dilemma that I needed help with and Ehrhart was extremely helpful. Every phone call I've made to them gets immediate attention. I've always gotten exceptional service from every member of their team. As far as good business goes, they deserve an A++! My experience with Ehrhart has by far been one of the most positive experiences that I've had with any business in a very long time. Thank you!!!

We have been with Ehrhart many years. Not once have they ever failed to amaze me with "old time" friendliness and customer service. This morning they sent out a service person to clean my furnace. He was the most informative, nicest person that one could ever meet. That is the great customer service that Ehrhart provides.

Many years ago my furnace quit at 2 am on a Sunday morning. I called and within two hours a service person was there to get the furnace operational in sub zero weather! Find another company that cares that much about their customers!

Ehrhart staff is always cheerful and willing to help you look up previous usage or answer questions about their budget options. Their delivery staff have never missed a single delivery so there is never a worry even in the worst of weather that I'll run out of fuel. I've had great service since I began using their company several years ago. I highly recommend them.

We recently switched our energy company to Ehrhart and are very happy with this choice. In doing this we interacted with their sales rep and 4 technicians who were all very courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Our old furnace had been problematic and they were able to replace parts and get it running smoothly, saving us from having to purchase a new one. When I showed them 2 Ehrhart tanks that my dad had used for his gas kiln a few decades ago, they came and collected them 2 days later. We couldn't be more pleased with their service!

Ehrhart Energy is a great company. They have provided me with top notch service and excellent pricing for the past 10 years. When I have had cash flow problems they have always been understanding. In a couple of instances they have made emergency deliveries immediately. I have never been cold! The office staff and delivery technicians are courteous, professional, and helpful. I will always be a loyal customer.

I have been with Ehrhart for over 20 years and am completely satisfied with the service they provide. They have that small-town customer relations philosophy where you are a person, not an account number. Everyone from the drivers to the customer service folks are courteous and friendly. Their pricing is always fair.

One of the many things we love about Ehrhart is, that they are a local business with alot of different opinions to accommodate our different fuel needs. We get our propane and wood pellets from them. Recently, they delivered 4 ton of pellets. The driver went above and beyond by waiting for me to get home then organized the pellets in our garage. He has been our delivery driver the past three years and remembered what we like. Customer Service is wonderful! Shop local :)

I’ve been a customer for many years and have always received good and courteous service. Since the installation of a pellet boiler Ehrhart has maintained a watchful eye on my usage and contacts me to arrange delivery of pellets, I never worry about running short.

Ehrhart Energy is a great company to work with. We have purchased pellets from them for the past three years. Their brands are high quality, and their delivery service is outstanding. They arrive on time and place the pallets right where we want them.
We have also started buying our fuel oil from them and having them service our heating equipment. Great service and quality products.

My experience with Ehrhart Lobby support has always been very pleasant and positive. I never feel like I am “just another customer,” but rather like I am a neighbor and a friend. Their customer service is exemplary.

We needed a larger propane tank for a new hot water heater and an emergency generator. Ehrhart came out, gave us a comprehensive quote and got it installed quickly. The technician that came out (Dan Kershner) was professional and a pleasure to work with. Every interaction that we've had with Ehrhart so far has exceeded our expectation. We are thrilled with the recent project the Ehrhart team helped us with at our home. Mel, James, Jamie, Randy and the propane delivery crew are absolute professionals! Friendly and true to their word. All the employees seem to enjoy their work and Ehrhart surely treats their employees well as many of them have been there for decades!

I received prompt, courteous, service. The ton of pellets that I purchased were at a competitive price and were delivered when they were promised. The delivery man was kind enough to help me roll the pallet to the back of my garage on the wheels that I provided. This is my second or third purchase from Ehrhart and I will make my next purchase there when they are needed.

Excellent service. Friendly employees. My two tanks have never run out as they are good at keeping an eye on fuel levels and usage over time. I will miss them giving my dogs biscuits when I move in the next few weeks. Highly recommend Ehrhart for all your fuel needs.

Ehrhart has been my propane supplier for many years and has always offered ways to reduce my annual heating bill. This year I had a problem with the gas valve on my heater. I made an appointment to have it fixed and then the problem cleared up. Because they were busy at the time I canceled my appointment, only to have the problem reappear 8 days before I was leaving town. They were able to send a technician to fix it and after the fix did not seem to be quite right, the technician asked to return of his own volition and make it right. Well done and many thanks to the whole crew at Ehrhart.

We switched propane delivery companies and are saving money. Ehrhart people were easy to talk with on the phone and provided detailed information. They installed a new tank and now automatic service is on time and professional. I highly recommend them.

Ehrhart is extremely polite, responsive and efficient. This was important to me because I am new to the area and my credit history is not the best!
I contacted that other larger propane and oil company. They were impolite, surly- did not doing what they said they would do- and then blamed me!!! Shame on them. I guess they're large enough that they
don't have to worry about losing prospective customers. Ehrhart, on the other hand, set us up for immediate service, and were prompt, responsive and efficient. NO BRAINER!!!

Earhart has always been so willing to work with me and always meets my needs. The ladies in the office are so sweet as well. Jamie is so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate all of her patience.
