You get what you give, he was patient, kind, and funny. One of the best Verizon in store experiences I have ever had and one of the shortest in store durations now that I think about it as well.

Best service ever at a Verizon store! Hunter was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gladly did a few extra things to help me set up my new iPhone. Didn’t even have to wait in line on a Friday afternoon. Will definitely recommend this mount airy Verizon store and Hunter to my friends and Family.

I was recommended to visit Russell Cellular by my sister who lives in the area. And I must say they get an A+ with customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The representative Caroline was very helpful and pleasant throughout the entire process setting up my devices that I had purchased. She was very knowledgeable with explaining the service and upgrades in my plan. She was also patient and not pushy to sell me other products and let me pick what fit my preference and budget. All in all this was truly an awesome experience.

I would recommend this place to all my friends and family who are looking for a new phone! I was treated with respect and kindness! The gentleman who helped me with my new phone was outstanding! He knew what he was doing and did it well, his name is Ricky and he was definitely one of the best people I've ever had when purchasing a new phone! Would I go back again! MOST DEFINITELY!

Caroline was awesome to work with. Very receptive of my questions as even though she was a newer person in her roll. With a little help from her co-worker (I believe his name was Rick) they were able to get me a new phone with no sort of notice of me coming by whatsoever. Very happy with the service.

My experience at the Russell Cellular Verizon store in Mt Airy was great. Colin was most helpful, patient, courteous and knowledgeable. His 15 mins of support was a welcome relief to all if the time I spent trying to figure out my phone issues. He remedied it quickly and efficiently . . very good experience.

I spent 4 hours in store with Jack and Colin who sat with me and walked me through the arduous process of getting out of my account being held hostage at Sprint. They both showed exceptional professionalism, customer service, competency, reliability and support and helped me argue with Sprint as they continued to feed me false information. Thanks guys. Means a lot. Will definitely be back.

I went in with the intentions of leaving Verizon wireless because of yeas of extremely high bills,and sucky customer service. But when I came to this store I had low expectations from previous reviews but that quickly changed I was greeted with a smile a genuine concern for issues. With in a few minutes of being in the store the manager Morgan pared me with a sales rep by the name of Logan. He was able see the errors in my bill and explain why it was so high and then he took it a step further by saving me money on my bill and I even upgraded my phone. And I love it!!! I was so happy with my service here I brought my daughter back in the next couple of days and We where helped by Justin. Another sales rep there who was extremely polite. He has a great sense of humor and is
genuinely a nice personality. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience there I'm glad I went in.

This place is awesome. Rick is so so nice. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish I would have come here when I purchased my new phone.... But after the fact when I needed help he was there for me. It does not get any better than this for service. The store actually had something I have been looking for for my new phone and had not been able to find elsewhere. Great customer service.

Zane & Jack are The Bomb!!! They helped us when Sprint/T-Mobile wouldn’t do Anything to help!! They went Above & Beyond to help us with all 5 lines with new phones and even stayed later than they were open. Never once complaining!! We are this Verizon store’s customers for Life! Thank you so much:)!!!!!

Zane Winter was extremely helpful when purchasing & setting up our new phones at Verizon. He knew exactly what he was talking about and really knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend! Great service.

Great experience at this store. The store manager, Zane, is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Need a phone upgrade, go here! They will handle everything for you and make the process as seamless as possible.

We walked into the store 20 min before closing with a phone issue more complicated than we initially knew. Rick cheerfully greeted us at the door and took care of all of our needs even though we were there well after the closing hour. Rick was knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice!

I was fortunate to visit this location at a time they weren’t busy. The two ladies working both jumped to help me. While one rang up my purchase (I just needed to replace my screen protector) the other removed and replaced my screen protector. I think I was in and out in ten minutes. I left with a smile on my face.

Zane was great and a multi tasking jedi; to ensure everyone in the store was helped timely and with top notch service. Sad I don't live closer to this store, otherwise I'd always purchase through Zane.

My salesman was very friendly and helped walk me through which phone purchase would fit my needs. I did not feel pushed to buy a certain phone. I was greeted and waited on immediately. I have now had three good experiences at this location!

Customer service was more than adequate, and in the retail business, that's one of (if not the most important) factors. The individual that helped me at the store was named Wesley Williams, and he was able to help me with all of my questions without a problem. If anyone goes to this store, make sure you ask for him. My one single hope is that his superiors will see this comment, and therefore know/understand how good of a job he did. I've had countless negative experiences with Verizon in the past, but not here. If you're reading this Wesley, keep up the great work man.

Just had a great experience at this store. No lines, No waiting. Great customer service. Friendly and knowledge-able staff that take the time to answer your questions and make sure all needs are met. This will definitely be our go-to store from now on! Logan was a great representative for the store and the company!

I went to the store just to talk and see what i would pay to start a new plan. The sales person Caroline was very helpful and set there patiently helping me get a new phone and plan started. As this is the first phone plan ive started in yrs i can say it was alot easier then i remembered as ive been a boost mobile customer for years but the service is great so im sold on verizon. Thanks again to Russell Cellular & ms Caroline for all you did and making sure i got what i came for and left with an amazing new note 20 ultra

I worked with Logan and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about all products and took the time to work with me in deciding which phone best fits my lifestyle. He was patient and very helpful. I would go see Logan again.
