Love this Dunkin. They are friendly and quick and the food and coffee is always good. Thanks for being open today in the snow!

Great strawberry milkshake. Parking here is a little weird. I wanted a milkshake after having the fabulous French toast at the mount airy inn next door.

No complaints about the service here. They always complete my order quickly and accurately.

The drive-thru can get a little backed up at times, and the parking lot isn't really conducive to having a long line of cars in it.

Love the Mt. Airy location! Donuts are great, so is the hot chocolate. And they also have ice cream. Place is always clean, staff is friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We visit at least once a month.

I had one of their specialty mocha whipped cream coffees and a Bavarian cream donut. Both were delicious. The store was clean. The staff were nice. I will go back if I am in the area again.

This Dunking Donuts was packed with people coming and going as I watched from my vehicle.😳 The drive-through line was long. The wait wasn't as long as I assumed. 🙂 When we ordered the customer service was awesome.🤗 Now lets talk about the food. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. 😍 They mixed up one of our orders but there was no hesitation to make it right. All of the staff handle the error with style & grace.😁 They were so happy to make the corrections😊 . The highlight of my visit to this Dunkin Donuts was the FRESHNESS OF THE DONUTS 🥯🥐 THESE WERE THE FRESHEST DONUTS I HAD IN YEARS FROM ANY DUNKIN DONUTS. 😲🤯 I stopped eating donut from DD because they taste so stale not this Dunkin. I would drive from Baltimore to Mt Airy just to experience the FRESHNESS🥰🤗🥰 I want to thank all of the staff and managers at this location for going the extra mile and restoring my opinion of DD. Now I understand why their business was booming its the quality products and customer service that drive the demand. GREAT JOB GUYS THIS IS WHAT DUNKIN DONUTS SHOULD BE. 🤗🥰😁🙋🏽‍♀🙏🏽 ps I was on a road trip and this stop was well worth the time. ThankU

Compared to the New Market Dunkin, this place gets my order right 100% of the time. Use the app and order before you get there. My drink is always ready to go and CORRECT. Select walk in and you’re in and out before the last person in the drive thru line is even to the speaker.

These guys are AWESOME! After just a few visits, the staff easily recognizes you. They are very curtious, and even ask if I just want my usual order when I walk into the store. Customer service at it's best!

I drive 20 minutes to this DD...despite living 5 minutes from DD in Westminster. Customer service here is excellent. The donuts are ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!! How are they so much better here? French Cruellers(sp?) are soft, fluffy and very tasty. At Westminster, they are hard and crusty...and seem stale. The donuts, and service, are absolutely outstanding here! This is the way Dunkin' Donuts was, and should always be! GREAT JOB!!!!!!

The staff knows me and my order by my face!! Even with a mask on!! Always fresh n FAST!!! I wish the Dunkin's in Frederick were as fast and friendly..

Fast service... Drive thru could be icky when people try to come from a different direction and cut it

Online pick up is the best. order on my way out door it's on counter when get there. I live not even five minutes from store so they are really quick about it and never had an issue with the order.

Not to far off the road this place is just what you need. They are well stocked. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. The service was prompt and the hot chocolate not too watered down.

Nice fresh coffee and a good selection of ice cream. The staff are very friendly and customer service oriented.

I don’t prefer Dunkin Donuts but their service is always fast and accurate.

We have come here at least 1-2 times per week for the 3-4 years. The service is excellent and the staff friendly. We have visited other DD and they don't compare to our Mt Airy one :-)

Always a good experience at Mt. Airy Dunkin. I go just about every day Always a smile 😃and have a good day. Love everyone that works there.

As always, the service was great and the coffee was superb. Sure beats the stuffins out of BRAND X! And I love the sour cream donut I always get.
