Nice Starbucks - love big windows and interior design . Coffee and crafted drinks are good as usual . They do have seating area with couches and chairs, which is most convenient. Overall pretty clean location , would definitely recommend to all coffee lovers, especially considering the fact that there are not much coffee shops in the area)

Very nice atmosphere. Love the little fireplace and comfy chairs. There was a bit of a line but it went fast and i got my caramel macchiato super quick. This place is nice, clean and spacious. Staff are very nice as well.

This is the biggest Starbucks I have seen. Very homey atmosphere with a fireplace and dimmer lighting. Next time I’m bringing a laptop and coffee mug.

Consistently good with their drinks and service. Always smiling and happy, even when busy, which this location tends to be. A luxurious feel to their lobby, which is fairly large with a decent outback patio. The lobby features several nice couches and private esque nooks, as well as a cozy fireplace which actually emits heat during the cold months. Bathrooms are always clean as well. A very consistent experience at my Mount Airy Starbucks. Fortunate.

By far the best Starbucks I have been to in a while. I was traveling from Ohio to Maryland and everyone here was so friendly. They all made a point to make eye contact and smile (even if they were just making the drinks)... and this was while it was busy. Great customer service.

I've been coming to this Starbucks all through college and now 1.5 years post-grad. :) The service and quality is always amazing. Pleasant employees, smooth drive thru experience, and plenty of seating inside. I do miss the old interior, though!

This is the best Starbucks that we've ever found. The wait staff is always very nice, cheerful, and helpful. My family makes sure to stop here every time that we drive by on our regular trips between Baltimore and Kentucky.

Been coming here for years and they are always nice, correct orders, pretty quick service in the drive-thru (which generally has cars wrapped around the building) and the inside is really cute. I travel a lot and this is the nicest Starbucks I've seen - funny it's in Mt Airy! Couches, fireplace and little outdoor patio. Great spot!!

I love my Starbucks. Sit and chat with friends over a cup of coffee. Or need a coffee on the go, drive thru service is available. I know what has been said on the news about 1 (just one that I know of) location. 1 out of thousands or more over decades... don't shoot the company. The employee(s) involved were dealt with. Most businesses stop there.
Starbucks closed all locations for mandatory training... The money they lost was huge. Why? They care about their customers and have great coffee and pastries.

Really great staff!! Everyone is friendly. Once I got a drink, knocked it over in my car and came back to buy another one and they just gave it to me for free.
They recently remodeled and were still able to get everyone's drinks info a timely fashion.

Great facility. It even has a fireplace to relax by. Plenty of seating; lounge chairs, tables and chairs, and counter seating at the window. Even outdoor seating when the weather is good. The usual excellent Starbucks coffee and a decent food selection. There facility is clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

The staff here is always really friendly and helpful, inside area was remodeled recently but it's still nice and cozier than most Starbucks. I've been going there for years, and my drinks always come up delicious and everyone is always smiling!

Love this location! It's conveniently located a few minutes off of I-70. The people are really nice. They make the best Americano in the area!!! I've called the store manager to let them know how much I really enjoyed my Americano. But, be prepared to wait in line, especially for the drive thru, because they are just that good. Enjoy!!!

The young crew who works here is generally pleasant with lots of smiles. The drive thru is very quick, even when a line a cars wrapping around the building you'll be in and out in about five minutes. Inside is cozy with a fireplace for those cold Maryland winters, and of course free wifi.

I go through here about once a week. I have never had an issue. Its a Starbucks, so you know exactly what to expect. I see other peoples bad reviews and wonder if those people have bad experiences everywhere they go.

Note that they're offering drive-through and carryout only. Outside seating is open but no inside tables. The location consistently meets the quality and service I expect from a Starbucks.

I went through the drive thru but they seemed very friendly. I love getting their seasonal coffees. It keeps things fresh and you can always go back to a favorite.

The largest and cleanest Starbucks that I've ever been to. Staff are friendly and super accommodating. Never pass up the opportunity to stop here if you need a quick caffeine fix.

One of the best Starbucks out there. Huge. Not as loud as other Starbucks so it is great for a job interview. Beautiful fireplace, comfy furniture and wonderful coffee :)
