Burns Outboard Service

Called up there today with some issues on my tilt and trim. Was willing to come pay for them to fix it but after talking on the phone with the guy here he explained to me where I was going wrong with trying to fix it myself so that I could go fix it instead of having to spend more money on it. To me that is some great customer service because he very easily could have told me to bring it to him and charged me to fix it. Any future issues I have that I am unable to fix myself I will definitely be giving my business to these guys.

Brian and his crew have worked on several different engines for me over the past 15 years. Everything from a 10hp to a 250hp, from a Johnson ,Evinrude, Mercury and a Yamaha. Whether it was winterizing, electrical or major mechanical it was always done right and running good when I got it back. I wouldn't trust anybody to do what these guys have done.

Best customer service I’ve had from a marine place in years! I took my tender to them for a stalling issue. They were the only people within 200 miles that would work on my 2019 Evinrude. The customer service was excellent. The service guy stayed in touch with me and kept me updated. They got the tender repaired much faster than I even expected and less than I was expecting to pay. I am so happy with them that I’m going to start making the extra drive to take my other boat to them as well. Kudos to you Burns Outboard!

I highly recommend Burns Marine for all your boating needs! I searched all over for a new motor for my boat and finally found one at Burns Marine for a price nobody could beat and they also had it in stock. They had my boat back to me the following week and I’ve been on the water ever since. Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t go anywhere but back to burns marine for all my future boating needs!!!

I have been bailed out a few times by the crew at Burns Outboard
this last episode left me absolutely amazed. My motor went down the day after Gator season started which left me with no boat keep in mind it takes on avg 4 years to get tags and the season is just over a month long Brian took me in and fixed the motor for a price that was fair and put me back on the water. I strongly recommend Burns for any outboard repairs cant say enough good things about this buisiness

They run a tight ship, I’ve had everything from parts ordered to engine swaps. They have treated me right every time. His wife runs the counter and as nice as can be. Brian goes between the back doing maintenance and the front answering questions and helping with the counter. I’ve never been treated with more respect. I had Brian and John inspect an ETEC for a friend prior to purchasing out of state and the shop was first class on the inspection and being fair on the costs. There was some basic maintenance items that will need to be addressed but they did not push to do the work and actually advised that if it was my motor, I would prefer to have my local dealer the work. A+ start to finish!

People come from all over the Coastal Empire to utilize the expert services of Brian Burns. I know several people who drive an hour to use Burns Outboard Services when they live 5 minutes from the next "good" boat mechanic's shop. There's a reason for that commitment from his customers: Brian is extremely knowledgeable, extremely reasonable, extremely honest, and simply a downright "good-guy". Any experience at his shop will have you saying to yourself when you leave, "Why isn't EVERY service-oriented business operated this way?"

Been in there twice and they are always busy. Even though they are busy they are super nice and helpful. Even when the guys in the back walk up they asked if I needed help. I believe they mastered the art of customer service.
