I ordered my food and paid for it, and sat down to eat and one of the kfc managers made inappropriate comments about my clothing and body

Edit: I called customer service and the problem employee was dealt with.

Upon return visits I was treated with respect. I think the food is great, I recommend the grilled chicken

I placed a large order online & everything was perfect except it didn't show the sauces to them. The gentleman quickly ran inside & got them for us. One gentleman even came out & told us it would only be a few more minutes. Excellent customer service!

come here often and am always met with terrible service and wrong food. understandable tho because of low staffing. i came here today and was met with very friendly service, good and correct food. A+ for me

Gift card was more than I needed. Sunday kinda busy. Food was good - especially the Slaw, chicken, biscuit....Service was slow, but all workers were working very hard, INCLUDING MGR.... I have enough on my gift card for TWO more small meals!

My husband & I went here for lunch today. We were greeted when we walked in the door & very friendly while ordering. The place was busy, but the food came out hot, fresh & fast. Very good tasting. We will return & highly recommend to others.

I’ve been going here since the new location opened and every visit has been awesome. Great service every time and the wait, thought long sometimes, is well worth it. I’ll continue to come as long as you continue to provide me with awesome chicken!

Way faster than Popeyes, not as good.
But if you want good chicken in less than 39 minutes. This is your only hope.

I have never had a bad experience with rincon KFC! And today the drive thru was very busy and once I got home I noticed they forgot my chicken quesadilla, needless to say, the 2 famous bowls that were in the bag fell through the bottom of the bag and went all over the ground. So I called KFC and what I think to be his name Roy told me to come back and he would take care of everything. So i did and he gave me 2 famous bowls and my forgotten quesadilla. I want to Thank you so very much I truly appreciate the work you do! You are an outstanding man and very generous and caring!! Bless your heart! Regardless of the service from anyone else your always smiling and doing a great job!!

QUICK, couldn't have been over 2 minutes, I didn't even see the car Infront of me stop. Order was correct what more can I say?

Food is always fresh and employees are friendly, even with all the local fast food chains short staffed at the moment, they do a great job.

I like the food , but around 7:20:7:30 on 04/9/19, one of your workers forgot to put a cookie in my bag/box and I didnt notice it until I was halfway home . P.S : To whomever the server was SMD.

The older lady (employee) that was cleaning the front today... She made my day. Such a sweet person and genuinely kind. Thank you!

They have a sign saying some things not available. So I had to order something different than what I wanted. Chicken was over cooked.

Good as always. They should have one or two items from different culture every month. Like in Puerto Rico you get rice and beans every now and then.

Food was good and served in a decent amount of time. Nothing to complain about. Love the mashed potatoes and gravy

I ate at their new location and it puts the other location to shame. Thank you for a great location, compared to in front of WalMart, and some great food!!

Their wings were really good and haven't had any issues or problems.

They are always so fast and very nice!
