Taco Bell

Visited the drive thru. They got all of our items however, one was not made correctly. The staff was friendly and fast. When we drove through a second time to inform them of the mistake, they remade the item. They were very polite and professional. I will go again!

This is the first time in a long time, that my order was perfect. It was fast, 100% correct and hot!! The internet is often filled with people complaining, but I wanted to give them a shoutout for nailing it this time!

We gave the cashier all our loose change because they were short. We had a good time doing so, even though it took time. Nothing but smiles!

I come here pretty often as I live in the area, and they do a good job! I always order ahead using the mobile app, which helps make the drive-thru process go even quicker. The wait in the drive-thru is usually pretty quick, most of the time there's only one or two cars ahead of you and you'll be done in under five minutes. Quality of the food is perfectly normal for a taco bell, and has always been "safe" to eat. I've never had a bad experience here from a food safety perspective.

I like the Kiosk and how it lets you customize your food! The service was awesome and polite even though they were hiring!

My son had an order messed up and I contacted management regarding that order, They allowed me to pick up the replacement order for him and fixed it perfectly for him. He was happy, I was happy and the staff was attentive and helpful and resolved the issue with no questions asked. It's management like that and team players like that, that keep customers coming back. Thanks for the excellent customer service!!

I've been here multiple times throughout the day, even early in the morning. The people are very respectful and have patience and humor some times. They are willing to customize and the food always tastes pretty good. Good timely service as well unless they are short handed. I highly recommend!

Here to share TWO great experiences at this Taco Bell because I'm sick to death of people complaining about minor things. The staff here are courteous, kind and they are doing their very best! They are quick and efficient - have had TB two nights in the last two weeks and the service was consistent and my orders were correct and tasty! I don't eat fast food often, but when I do - it will be here! You guys are GREAT!!! Imagine being a young adult and this being your first job and all customers do is whine and moan online. How about saying something POSITIVE to these youngsters to ENCOURAGE them rather than beat them down! I wish I had gotten the cashiers names because they were great! One was a tall male with dreads and the other was a young lady working tonight around 7PM who was friendly and both had beautiful smiles! Keep up the great work!

Went through the drive-thru today two days in a row and the service and food was wonderful, atmosphere wonderful, thank you to all employees who work here and work hard and try to make a positive impact on people's lives daily, you keep everything as clean as possible, thank you for your smiles and good food, you all are appreciated 🙌.

Five stars "cause it's Taco Bell... always consistent, affordable, and fast.

First time to use the kiosk to order. A bit odd, since we were the only two people in line. Oh well, kiosk it is.

1/11/2024 got the chicken soft taco. It's changed. Had a slightly spicy sauce on it. Ordered a plain one. Chicken has a different seasoning. Not so good.

I was unable to do the survey online due to a streak in the receipt covering the code. But I have to say today's drive thru line seemed to move 10x faster than I've seen it move in a while. All of my food was made fresh, the lady at the drive thru was wonderful, and I could hear the managers in the back encouraging the other employees and telling them their doing great and to keep it up. New location has friendly staff and get you through the drive-thru in no time! My orders have always been correct. The only complaint I have is that they charge me for not getting meat and adding beans instead of substituting one for the other. Hopefully they get the online ordering up quickly so I wont have this issue.

I've previously had mixed experiences at this location, but man, manager Jeremiah O'Neill (I believe) and Drivethru cashier Ariel were on point! Extremely polite and professional. These folks need a raise, especially with as much business as I give that location. 😅

I’m a regular at this taco bell, and they always do a good job. Anthony is amazing and is always helpful, and so is the managers.

INCREDIBLY FAST SERVICE for a large group at Friday lunchtime. Staff was so friendly and helpful and got our large order perfect within minutes. Delicious food as always! Great Taco Bell!

Went tonight late night and the lady working the drive thru was amazing. She informed me that apple empanadas were no longer on the menu and suggested another sweet treat that was amazing. My order was perfect..keep up the good work👍🏾👍🏾

Employees are polite. Even helped me carry my order to my vehicle. Tried to give that person a tip and I was told No ma'am that's what we are here to do is take care of our customers, thanked me and went back inside
