Wow, they are simply the best better than all the rest. I have used them since 2008, and they are by far the most professional heating and air contractors out there!! They always take measures to protect my floors. Jason and John are super friendly and AWESOME!!

This company will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I wasn't able to get a hold of the company in the middle of the night and had to use an alternative source so they sent me a check for the costs I incurred. They replaced one of my AC units since 2019 and I haven't had any issues with it since. I would recommend them to anyone. The customer service representative was very professional.

Great company. We purchased a new air conditioner from them a few years ago and they have came out a few times for service/maintenance. Everyone that I have dealt with from the company, on the phone or in person, have been very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My upstairs unit was leaking into the pan. I called another company to come fix it. They came out twice and said they couldn't figure out why it's still leaking after they tried several things. So I called Pro Air H & C since they have great reviews. I called on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday at 11. The Tech, Jason, was great. He showed me everything and explained everything to me. It ended up being an issue with the pipes. I'm so grateful he got everything up and running without leaks. He promised he wouldn't leave until he found & fixed the problem. Definitely will be calling you guys again for my HVAC needs.

I received superior customer service, and I highly recommend them. I received same day service from very professional employees. I will definitely call them again if I need future repairs.
I promptly received a phone call from a very pleasant and professional agent who collected the necessary information and scheduled a window of time for the services on the same day. Received another phone call from the repair person, who was also polite and professional, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled. He identified the problem and called to discuss the needed repairs and the associated costs. After giving him permission to proceed, he promptly made the repairs and double-checked the system to ensure that it was working properly. He called back to collect the payment and immediately emailed a detailed invoice.

Have worked with Pro Air for several years, first for service on a very old unit. Afterwards for installation of a new unit and since then service of that unit. I have had nothing but great experiences with Pro Air. They always answer or reply quickly even after hours. The customer service and technical service are top notch and I have recommended them to several people who have all had similarly great experiences. 10/10 recommend Pro Air.

I have used pro air since 2019 and so far every experience has been great. The office will call you back quickly, and the technicians have been thorough and welcome any questions. I signed up for a maintenance plan, which gives you 2 maintenance calls in a 12 month period and a discount on any parts that are needed if something comes up! Brandon came the first time back in 2019 and replaced my contactor, and Josh came out this time and diagnosed a faulty transformer. The company is great, and I highly recommend!

I had Pro Air Heating and cooling give me an estimate along with another company. Pro Air had a better price but the main reason I went with them was due to Jason. He was professional, answered all of my questions and even my dogs liked him. Jason has been on time both visits and they call when they are on their way. I'm getting a complete new system next week.

Jason and John were friendly, very professional and did a very clean installation. Clean up after all work was done was awesome, even my wife commented on how well everything looked at the end of the day.

A few days ago I called asking for quotes to replace my geothermal system because of a previous diagnosis. Brandon Carter came within an hour and assured me he wanted to make sure I received all the information necessary to ensure I was well informed before making a decision. He made sure I was educated and was also very honest concerning my current issue with my system. After hearing the advice I was given to replace my system, he went to do a quick check, made a call, and determined I didn't need to replace my system after all but that it could be repaired. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help me regardless if he made a sell or not. Although he wasn't able to repair my system, he gave me contacts of reputable companies that could get me up and running again. I'm so appreciative of what he did for me! Thank you so much Brian! I recommend this company! Honesty, professionalism, and great customer service!

I called on a Friday evening after 5 expecting to leave a voicemail in order for someone to call me on Monday. There was no answer but someone actually called me back almost immediately. I was scheduled for the following morning and the tech showed up on time. He was professional, personable, and quickly made the repair. Afterwards he answered a few questions I had about maintenance and didn't try to upsell me on anything like most pros do these days. The entire process with Pro Air from start to finish was quick and easy.

Pro Air technicians were very professional, installed a heating and cooling system. inspected my duct work, some needed work some were fine.
Price was a little higher than most but you get what you pay for. They are willing to work with you on payments, how many people you know in these times can pay cash for anything. Overall they are a very good company. Warranty is good, I had an issue and they responded within the hour at no charge. I believe they will continue to provide great service, if they do not I will let you know.

My daughter's air system was not cooling her house so I called after hours at Pro Air with prompt service within the hour. Steven was professional and he answered all of our questions and concerns . He was able to pin point the problems did a temporary fix with recommendation for a leak check at a later time. I would recommend this company for their great service.
