I'm confused by the other reviews given. My experience was quite the opposite. The lady who helped me said hello with a smile, was friendly, professional and very helpful. She made sure I had all of the correct documents and answered a few questions I had. Another reviewer was upset because the lady working there is strictly by the book. Why would you expect less? I would recommend using this office.

I see some of the reviews are not favorable, but the DR has always been fast efficient and friendly for everything I have had done.

No line, the lady was a sweetheart and very professional and helpful!! I would go here over pine city dmv anyday. Pine city has a constant line right now outside no matter the weather. Great they have some chairs but no coverage outside for people waiting. At least in sandstone you can wait in the building but again there wasn't a line at all!!! There might b couple people at most but not like pine city that will b wrapped all the way to the back parking lot
