Jennifer and Jonathan always have the store perfectly stocked and cleaned and are two of the nicest people I've ever met. My go to shop on town. Prices are completely fair and usually have something live to fish with!

Not a huge bait store it's actually a little small in my opinion however there's plenty to chose from as far as bait and more. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice little shop with lots of Bait options. Close to fishing. Very helpful and great local resource if you have questions.

Great little store with a wealth of information. I encountered a young man that was so helpful. If he knew information, he shared. If he didnt, he stated so. Great boiled peanuts!

The new owners are awesome! True Christians walking the way they should be and setting a great example in the business community. Their boiled peanuts are THR OLDEST RECIPE matching the original recipe of the 1950s owner. May I say they more than delicious! The customer service is wonderful as they have many volunteers that help them throughout the week and do community service continually. Perfect idea of a mom-and-pop shop; very professional and as courteous as it gets with Southern charm. Caters to FRESH WATER & SALT WATER - INSHORE & OFFSHORE CATCHING! Just moved to the area at the beginning of the month and have already been here three or four times. The same younger guy has been helping me at the counter and he seems super knowledgeable and friendly. Super fair pricing and you can get in and out super quick.

Good bait and tackle shop conveniently located on the way to Crescent Beach and Butler, our favorite parks to spend the day. They have everything you need for fishing, including live bait.

Boiled peanuts were good as well.

Awesome little country style bait store. They have a little bit of everything. I bought some of their shrimp and was probably the best headless shrimp i have ever used and they weren't small either, i bought two bags and didn't even touch the second.

Supposed to open at 5:30....waited until almost 6 and nobody showed up.

Editing my post and changing to 5 stars! They reached out and apologized for not being there that morning. The owner was sick and didn't open for the day. Offered me 50% off my next bait purchase. Definitely go check them out!

Always grab my fresh shrimp here before heading out. Never had a problem and stop in about 2-3 days a week during the summer months. Great service and always some great tips when needed.

We are visiting the area and saw Bob's Bait and Tackle and had to stop in to check it out.
Amazing, multi-faceted shop with bait, tackle, fresh local produce and eggs and much more.
Jaqui was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. She is also a fisherperson, and knows her way around tackle and sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience easily with others.
Bob's Bait and Tackle is a wonderful example of why we should support small businesses.
The personal service and great vibes here would never be found in a Wally World or other big box conglomerate store.
Looking forward to another visit Thursday, when the fresh produce and eggs arrive.

Great service and Friendly! The only place we stop to get bait. They also have ice so it's a 1 stop shop.

They are Super people with a Super shop. Jen's a doll and her boy's a cool dude. Besides bait an tackle you get the low down on what's goin on the water!!
