23rd Street Storage

The facility was well kept and always felt very safe, management was wonderful and responsive. I am glad that I rented a storage spot from them!
The only downsides were that the building would get very hot during the peak heat of the summer (otherwise it was usually temperate), and sometimes on busy weekends there were too few carts for everyone to use.

I had the great pleasure of using 23rd St Storage this past summer while I kept my boat out of the water. It was the perfect location as it was about 1 mile from the area boat launch in Sharpsburg and near plenty of retail in case I needed anything before/after my time on the water. The facility is kept very clean inside and out and for outdoor storage, you can't beat it! PLENTY of room to turn around and maneuver with a trailer and ample lighting at night. EASY entry via a garage door opener for the main, secure gate and rental rates are at or below competition...I know because I researched places for my boat before landing on this great spot. Do yourself a favor and check it out for interior or exterior storage. Dino was my main contact and he made the entire process a breeze!

Absolutely satisfied with 23rd Street Storage. Great customer service. Love the ability to come and go as needed. I feel like my equipment is very safe there and I am never worried about it. Strongly recommend this place!

So happy I found this place! We needed storage next day due to previous plan falling through and 23rd Street Storage was there for us. They have gone out of their way to assist and really focus on customer service. Highly recommended!

Been renting care for over a year my first month I was charged on a card that I asked them not to use for payments unless they had my permission they charge the card anyway fast forward to this month my payment was due on the 1st it was the third they sent an invoice which they never do remind me of a payment I never miss a month and it seems like since I told them that I didn't want them to have a card on file even though the business hours say 6:00 a.m. I'm sitting here at 7:00 a.m. and the lights still haven't come on for me to be able to see my storage unit they shouldn't have business hours at 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. if you cannot safely access your storage during those hours somehow someway Dana is not in control of lights at a storage facility he owns LOL the time is now 7:13
