El Bee's

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. We go every time we are in the Omaha area. They have these flour chips that are phenomenal with the bean dip!! The service is always excellent. The prices are fair, the food and drinks are fantastic, and the atmosphere is great! I always recommend it to anyone who is going to be in the area.

I never fail to be amazed at how well oiled of a machine this restaurant is. I was there tonight and would say that they have attained near perfection, I only say "near" because there's no such thing as an absolutely perfect restaurant right?

It starts as you approach the restaurant to see a nice new very large parking lot, and a very nice looking building. At peak times there can very often be a line which they seem to move through pretty quick. You are generally greeted by the owner who also seats you. Most of the time the waitress is there, before he is out of sight, to get your drink order.

Tonight we got chips and cheese, which was at the table in under 5 minutes. I got my usual favorite, the taco salad, that I have been ordering for probably 35 years, since they were down on Main Street. Our dinner hit the table before we were halfway done with the chips, under 30 minutes maybe even under 20 I forgot to look at my watch. As always the presentation was Top Notch. I'm a big guy but I never leave hungry, everything always tastes so fresh and delicious and when I picked up the bill I'm always surprised at how reasonable the prices are.

The inside of the restaurant is immaculate, all of the staff are clean, friendly, and attentive. I can't stress enough the importance of a restaurant and its staff being clean and presentable. At some restaurants even some nicer ones, I may occasionally, after seeing something I didn't like, find myself looking at the silverware to make sure it's clean and if I get too uneasy of a fealing I don't return.

I guess I better bring this to a close thank you very much for a lot of years a very good food and service.

Been going here for years. Portion size tends to be on ther large size where it's not unusual to take some home with you unless you choose to stuff yourself and then immediately want to take a nap! :) Style is not authentic, but not Tex-Mex either but probably closer to Tex-Mex but they don't sauce the meat, the sauce is on the outside. I typically get the Flautas which is baked and I top with their hot sauce which is really good. I also like their margaritas! Service is always great.

The staff was great, food was quick and atmosphere was awesome. Storm was in day before we got there and another was coming through. Made a quick stay there but will be back!!! Thanks much

Michael the bartender who doesn't do bar tricks, loves to make frozen strawberry Margaritas

The margs are amazing. The staff is better than the margs. Try the top shelf. Really, the staff and the margs are why we come back.

Great Food and Service. The price is higher than you would think, but once the portions come out, you will realize it is a great price

This is a gem of a restaurant in Waterloo, NE. It is cozy inside, very friendly staff and good service. The food is well prepared and comes out fast and hot. I'd highly recommend taking your family here for dinner.

Food is amazing and you get A LOT of it, Margaritas are so good I have tried to replicate it at home but can't match it, the front and wait staff are second to none, friendly, smiles, quick, and generous. Bob has done an incredible job and is one of the most courteous and big-hearted individuals you will meet in your life... Long story short, you should eat here.

My whole fam loves El Bees, been going there for years! We get the corn tortillas w/ pico de gallo for appetizer. My fav dish is quesadilla grande shredded beef w/ beans 'n rice. I order an extra order of rice to go home w/ my left overs. Hubby will sometimes have the fajitas or the Macho Chimichanga. Thanks El Bees! 😋

Great food, it was so delicious and the portions were huge I took half of mine home. I ordered 1 enchilada with rice and beans and a taco. So did my daughter and we both couldn't eat it all. Prices seem high at first but then for what you get they are very comparable. Our waitress was the best maybe the best I've ever had anywhere. She was so helpful in explaining the food to us and portions size etc..very enjoyable experience. And this has to be the longest review I have ever done. That's how great it was!!😊🤪

Loved the food and the service was amazing

The service was excellent. The greeter was gregarious;) The delicious food was served quickly. A bit more upscale than the average restraunt with this menu. The portions were very generous with plenty of sour cream, guacamole, black olives, and lettuce thrown in. There was even fried ice cream to celebrate my husband's birthday. There are a couple of arcade style games in the entry way to entertain children. We will definitely visit again.

The chicken enchilada was awesome! The chips and salsa was the bomb! Friendly staff and the food came out quickly!
