Roja Mexican Grill

Actually went to this place twice while I was in town, both times I sat at the bar and ate. Kind personable bartenders. Attentive with the chips and salsa right when you sit down. Has a cool Mexican and industrial vibe. Does have a portion of the bar that has garage doors to the outside, but that wasn’t open both times I was there, but think that would have been a cool place to sit. Not a big chain eating kind of person, and not sure this is one in this area, but it didn’t give that vibe if it is.

Very welcoming restaurant. Was very pleased to be seated at a table for dinner even though I was dining alone. Service was exceptional, food matched the service and atmosphere was enjoyable. I was also pleased that serving sizes weren’t huge. Chicken tacitos, pictured, were excellent.

Great fresh food with fast friendly service. Fun atmosphere, with lots of energy. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

Everything was great. The simplest of all Mexican foods, chips and salsa is so good. The service was spot on. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Great food and fantastic service! Went here with a group of nine women celebrating a bride-to-be. After our pole dancing party we were ready to relax with a few+ margaritas and good food, and we weren't disappointed. We had a reservation and were seated right on time. Our server was incredibly patient and attentive. She earned her tip on this busy Friday night.

The pulled chicken Flautas are amazing. LOVE the green chilies with the chicken and green chili rice. The prickly pear marg is yummy but a little too sweet for my liking. The spicy margarita (jalapeno) was a big hit with our group.

The atmosphere is fun. Lots of color and cool wooden sculptures everywhere. Overall a great experience!

If you like Tex Mex, Roja has it down. One of my favorite relleno spots. Service is always great. I tend to go early to beat the wait. It tends to be loud, but manageable.

Another trip to Roja. (We like the place a lot.) I had my usual, cheese relleno dinner. There was also a beef burrito dinner and a chicken enchiladas dinner at the table. The relleno dinner was really good! The other meals looked good. The service was great. Staff looked like they were doing a good job at every station.

Had the smothered chicken burrito and it was very good. Not many people at 1300 on a Monday. Was fantastic.

I have been a couple of times, and the service was great. The food is very tasty. I loved the strawberry 🍓 🍹 🍸 and the coffee ☕.

Roja cinco de mayo celebration never disappoints. We had a great time and food was amazing, as usual

Our main waitress was Mallorey but, We had no less than 3 different people stop by our table to refill drinks, salsa and see if wee needed anything and it was late and they weren't even busy!!! Best service we've had in I don't know how long!!! Food was amazing I had Pollo loco and wife Chipotle pork. Sorry I didn't think of doing this so there's no pics. Trust me, it was amazing and well portioned!! We want to make a special trip back today just to try the fried ice cream. We saw 2 delivered and the were huge and looked AMAZING!!!!!

Great location near our hotel. Relatively empty on a Friday night around 8:00. Service was super fast; food arrival surprised me because it too was fast. Very flavorful.

So good! Hubby and I started getting the combo fajitas for two to go during Covid and now its our favorite thing to order in restaurant as well. Enrique was our server and he was great! Plenty of food for both of us and delicious!

One of my favorites places in town. Patrick, Alyssa and the crew go above and beyond to create the best experience. Their chips and salsa are the best in town alone with their fajitas. Thank you so much for always giving us an amazing experience.

Had not been there in many years, and never to the legacy location, very nice setup. Drinks were good, the salsa was really fantastic and the appetizer sampler we got for two was great! Prices were fair and the bartenders were attentive.

We had somewhat of a cold greeting entering Roja as the hostess could not have appeared any less interested in welcoming two new guests. She barked at us about there being a 40 minute wait, so we went into the bar where we were seated immediately (?!).

Our waitress educated us about our margarita options which tasted very fresh and homemade, as did the chips and salsa.

The two versions of Baja shrimp tacos were absolutely delicious and the Alambres shrimp was pretty good too. I wish I had taken more photos!

Awesome place in Omaha! Waiter was very understanding of my food allergies! Will definitely go back!
