I have had several sessions using the Firefly light therapy for my knees and feet. After the first session, I noticed the inflammation and swelling go down. After a few more sessions, the pain associated with arthritis was greatly diminished. It’s been almost two months since my last session and my knees and feet feel great. I would highly recommend Firefly light therapy for any arthritic discomfort you are having.
