Valvoline Instant Oil Change

There was a small short period of time waited outside. They were very busy but they got me in pretty quick and the customer service was fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely will take all four vehicles there again

I've got a 21 Chevy Colorado and I got the oil changed and the cabin filter changed and they did a great job.! When I got home I just double-checked to make sure there were no leaks and I wasn't sure but I thought there was a plastic cover that went underneath the glove box. So I took it back up there to see if maybe they had accidentally forgotten put the cover back on. But when I talked to the manager, he assured me that there was not a cover on there from the beginning. He was very nice and just explained to me why there was not a cover there because if there was it would actually block the flow of air blowing down to the feet. They did a great job! Thank you Valvoline in Cleveland!

It’s always a pleasant experience while visiting. All staff greets you with a smile. I would rather go here for my automotive needs than a dealership.

Good work and professional service. It took about 15 to 20 minutes per car. With three cars in front of me (both sides were full) it took about 50 minutes. Manager kept things moving along. I just came at a busy time. Coupons help offset the higher price.
