The optician was very friendly and provided individualized attention to our needs. She provided various options and was upfront about costs. I would recommend if you're looking for affordable glasses.

Everyone that works here have been extremely helpful and nice. I really enjoyed my visit and they got my glasses fitting better than any other place I've been to. Also can't beat their prices! Thank you for the great service it was top quality.

Nice lady. Unfortunately the coating they offer which is supposed to increase scratch resistance is itself scratched more easily than what it is supposed to protect. The scratch slowly peels off the "protective" layer and makes the lenses very hard to see through. They did replace the lenses the first time but the same thing happened and they won't issue a second set. Obviously, I won't be going back.

Was there yesterday, and salesman was polite, however when I gave him my glasses and asked to get replacement lenses; he said he was unsure how to order them and needed to make a call. Salesman then was totally unconcerned about my inquiry as he spent over ten minutes talking to person on his phone about whether they were coming out to open mic night that night and didn't even get to the supposed reason for calling. I got frustrated with him and left.
I work customer service, and I would never do this let alone in front of a customer. I will wait until a different sales person is around next time. The staff have always been very helpful.

The dr comes only once a week and does not answer the phone apart from the day he is scheduled to work. He messed up my husband’s prescription and due to that, it’s been a 2 week delay to get a pair of glasses. I would suggest going elsewhere for a speedy service.

Very unreliable representative. No material to show for my progressive lenses.
