My husband, son, and I were seen at this office today and let me tell you, by far, the best eye care office we’ve been to. Dr. Shafi and her team were beyond amazing and very accommodating. They were friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable on everything. The entire staff and the whole ambiance of the office was so welcoming. Even my son, who’s 10, enjoyed being there and said his experience was awesome. Thank you, Dr. Shafi and team! We appreciate all the help from you!

Have been going here for several years and bringing my kids. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and Dr. Hanneman is great as well. She’s great with my kids and kindly answers any questions. I feel like I know more about my eye health than I used to, and I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for 25 years.

Peepers is the best eye care practice I have ever been to, in my 69 years of life, and they positively saved my sanity today! I have been suffering from an eye condition, set off by an infection two months ago, and I kept thinking it was getting better when in fact it was getting worse.

I called the practice and was in to see Dr. Shafi within the hour, she gave me a thorough examination and drew up a plan for treatment that involves 5 products/medications, explained it rapidly and clearly, made sure I understood and I’ll go back in a week. I’m doing everything she told me to do, and already my eyes feel better. She is an excellent, fabulous optometrist and healthcare provider, I recommend her highly!

Sarah is the member of the practice that helped me order my 3 pairs of glasses, and she gave me top service. Not only remembering my name and what I was ordering, but giving me good advice and the benefit of her experience when I needed it. She is very professional, courteous - a delight to work with.

Rose answered the phone today when I called in a panic about my eye condition, and reassured me and had me on the schedule in moments. What more could a patient ask for?

Just had a wonderful visit with the team at Peepers. From the receptionist to the optometrist and including the Doctor, the staff was overly friendly and accommodating. The optometrist helped me pick frames that matched my face type and also accounted for how I work and encounter life. They were transparent about costs, found me the best glasses that aligned with my insurance coverage and went the extra mile to make jokes and put me at ease. The Doctor, Dr. Shafi, was incredibly thorough and listened about the issues that I had been facing and helped me to troubleshoot the issues that I was facing in addition to the prescription she gave to me. I could not think of a better team or experience and will definitely be back for my next yearly.

I had an issue with my eye and was able to get an appointment quickly. The doctor and her staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The doctor's exam was thorough and she carefully explained what she was giving me and how to use it.

I’m highly recommend Dr. Shafi and her team. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, my interaction with Rose at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Dr. Shafi is extremely warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. She alleviated my fear of having my eyes dilated for the first time, and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She spent time explaining my eye issue and answered all my questions. I didn’t need glasses, but they had a great selection of frames and Sarah, the optician seemed great at helping others select their eyewear. Go see Dr. Shafi and her staff!

I've been searching for the last ten years for a good place to get my eye exam and glasses, to find people who will actually work with me and help me get an accurate prescription. The staff were incredible and kind, super helpful and understanding! Truly appreciated the feedback on frames as well since I can't actually SEE myself in them! I've finally found the eye care I've been looking for!

I was able to walk in without an appointment and be seen within about an hour or so. I just needed a basic routine eye exam and some new glasses. I’m very pleased with the high level of patience and friendly service here. The lady that helped me select a pair of glasses was great; she gave me her honest opinions and answered all my questions. She made the experience feel personal for me, which I really appreciated.
