Only 1 other table in the place but thry made us feel like we were only table. Excellent service, friendly staff, exceptional food! Definitely a new favorite 😍

I called in my order, sat in the parking lot the quoted amount of time. When I entered the building I was greeted by the ladies behind the counter (Raven and megan). The kitchen (Blake, griffon, cooper) did not have my order done quite done yet. But while I was waiting every staff member made sure I had been helped and were so polite.
Tonight I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. And it was just a pick up order.
I just wanted to reach out to let the management know how amazing the evening staff are.

We always love Smithville Pizza Shoppe. The food is always good and the service is very personable. We eat here every time we are in Smithville! When they are not busy they have made a crust less pizza for me before, and it was amazing.

Great pizza, I love it. Love the salads and ham and chesse sandwich.

Wife and I stopped by here for the first time. Staff was very friendly. I had the meatball sub and wife had the Manicotti, both were very good. Will definitely be back to try the pizza.

I grew up on pizza shoppe in the 80s? This location is just as good with outstanding service.

The lady in there working was amazing. So friendly even though she was very busy. Food was fabulous. Just can't beat their pick sauce.

Great little pizza Shoppe. They have a good selection of topping and specialty pizza options. I do like that they are never that busy which makes it quieter and usually fast service. Pizza is good flavored and is not greasy. Staff is friendly and quick. This place is kid friendly with coloring and a special kids menu. Prices are worth the food quality.

You can't ask for more friendly people. There's a kid that works there that also works in Platte City. He's such a friendly kid. Our waitress was great. Drinks were refilled, we were checked on every so often but not annoyingly frequent. I don't mind making the 1 hour drive to enjoy that pizza in that atmosphere.

Great Pizza! We usually get a Specialty Pizza called the, “Round Table” (my husband’s favorite) and a Single topping Pepperoni! I really love they still have Curb side pick up.

The spaghetti was great! It was slow because of the storm so we had part of the place to ourselves which was nice. The bathroom was super clean, my 3 year old even noticed and commented on it! Also I wish I would have gotten her name but the hostess/waitress was so sweet and helpful. GREAT SERVICE!

A K.C. icon, and one of my favorite pizza joints.. Excellent pizza and staff. Highly recommend the "Pink Stuff" salad dressing, and the Personal Pizza lunch special ‼💯👍. Awesomeness ‼‼‼

This place is amazing u suggest the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, the owners are amazing and the staff is trained well...

Busy. Food was fast, hot, and delicious. The girls were beating their butt and one of the guys was constantly running to go orders out the door. Happy to see it back up and running. Mask is required to enter.

Always good pizza cooked the way that is ordered (less cheese on half for me). Lots of ingredients. Had salads with "pink stuff" dressing. Lettuce was crispy and cold with good ingredients.
