Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They had a convenient shuttle service. I was able to drop my car off for service and the shuttle took me home. Once my car was ready, I was notified and their shuttle picked me up and took me back to the shop. I had an excellent experience and would recommend Dynamic Automotive to anyone!

I have used Dynamic Auto for several years and am always satisfied. They examine my car and give me honest recommendations for work to be done along with reasonable estimates. Their customer service is top notch, communicating all through the process while my care is there for work. I never worry as their work is always done properly by their highly trained techs.

I have been servicing my cars at Dynamic Automotive in New Market since I moved here in 2002. They are ALWAYS comprehensive, fair, and honest about what NEEDS to be done, and what could possibly wait (if funds are not readily available.) I trust them with my vehicles new and old. I was on a tight timeframe and needed to get a quick diagnosis of what was causing my car to overheat. I took the car in to them early on a Tuesday morning and explained what the symptoms were and what I had already done to try to fix the problem. Even though they were obviously very busy, by Wednesday morning they were able to provide a thorough diagnosis of what was going on with my car and what needed to be replaced.

I decided to do the repair myself and was able to drive my car for my vacation trip on Friday of that same week. I would not have been able to do so without the fast and thorough diagnosis they gave me. The people at Dynamic Auto could not have been nicer or more helpful. The fee they charged for the diagnosis was fair and well worth it.
Dynamic Auto is a professionally run business staffed with wonderful people. I highly recommend them.

From the time I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. I've never experienced this level of transparency from an auto repair shop. Highly recommend, I would give more stars if I could.

From the time we made the first phone call, Dynamic Automotive team took the call, assisted us with closest location, provided insight for towing and timeline for assessment. The quote was acceptable, although we didn't elect to get all recommendations done at this time. When got the car back it worked and haven't had any issues since.

My 2016 Acadia has had several major issues (transmission, a/c, clutch for AWD, etc) since we have had it. I’ve been taking it to Dynamic for the past 5 years. Dynamic took care of everything involving the warranty company! I did not have to make one call. They kept me informed every step of the way! Very professional and informative. They get your input on exactly what you want and how you want to proceed. The technician even rode with me so I could show him what the car was doing. Their Maintinence schedule for my vehicle has been amazing too ( not just oil changes)! Prices might be a little higher than other places, but you get what you pay for in this case. Very impressed

Excellent customer service and more thorough than dealership. Dealership was supposed to rotate tires. Apparently they didn’t rotate tires or even checked tire pressure. Dynamic Automotive found the tire with a slow leak and nail. They will inspect your whole vehicle, not just what it was brought in for.

Dynamic Automotive has always been my go to place when my car has needed repair or even something as simple as an oil change. They are very hospitable and try to make my experience as stress free as possible.

When needed, I am offered a loner while waiting for repairs to be done (no stress process) and am given timely status updates via text or phone call.

I definitely recommend Dynamic Auto and my wife and I will continue will continue to frequent it 🙂

The team of advisors are professional, knowledgeable, personable and always go above and beyond. I recently brought my car in for an oil change. Jana was my service advisor for this visit. She checked my car in and shuttled me home while work was done. The technician noticed oil on the exterior of the oil pan. Jana took the initiative to call a local KIA dealership to ascertain that this issue would be covered under warrsnty. This timely observation saved me a potential major oil leak with disablement of the car. The KIA dealership determined that the seal was leaking and the repairs were performed under the vehicles warranty. Thank you to the Dynamic team for once again being a customer advocate

I recently had the catalytic converter stolen from my car. I took it to Dynamic rather than the insurance company’s approved shop. Jana handled all of the estimates and the seemingly endless delays by the insurance company and the result was a great job by Dynamic rather than by some cut-rate shop that caters to the insurance company’s needs rather than the customer’s. Very happy with Dynamic and especially Jana!

Great service and friendly helpful staff. I especially like how they send you a report of recommended service with pictures to go over before authorization.

Update - 5/26/2024 Thanks again to Dynamic Auto. Had a terrible noise coming from the undercarriage. They diagnosed a loose heat shield that was laying on the muffler. They explained why it was not really needed compared to the expense of replacing it and removed it, no charge.

My car issue was resolved perfect on time with free of charge.

Car skid plate has loose bolts and falling apart. I was assisted with free of charge. Never see this in my life thank you very much and I remember to come back for future maintenance.

We just moved into the area and needed break service, the day after Memorial Day none the less, we are so glad we found this shop! The inspection with photos was detailed and the work was completed the same day! They were professional and transparent.

Dynamic in New Market has really wonderful people working there from customer service to the techs and mechanics. I was involved in an accident which was mainly cosmetic damage but was worried that there might be structural damage. Dynamic checked it out for me and guaranteed that it was safe to drive. I am now able to drive my car around again knowing that I won't have any issues. Thank you Dynamic Automotive!

We are new to the area and this is our first experience with Dynamic Automotive. We read several great reviews that helped us choose Dynamic. I am glad we did! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All of our cars were handled with care. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for service!

Dynamic is one of the only repair shops I've ever been to that gives you what's needed and doesn't push for unnecessary services. Their prices are very reasonable for their speed and attention to detail they put into their work. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone that may be considering them!

They do an excellent job every time and they treat me. Treat me fairly. I have no complaints with this automotive company. They're great.
