We have loved our experience renting from Orecchio Properties! The application process was very smooth, and they answered all questions we had quickly and detailed. The property was cleaned completely before we arrived and a few updates were even made. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and submit service requests which have always been completed for us within 24 hours. The location is wonderful, and we have had such a lovely time getting to know our neighbors, all of whom have been a pleasure!

I rented an apartment off Lovers Lane from them for a year while I was in college. I loved every second! Jason was extremely helpful in answering calls quickly when I’d have a question. I have nothing bad to say about my time here. If I needed maintenance, they came usually within a day. Everyone was super friendly, including the neighbors. I wish I could have moved this place with me when I left!

Mr. Orecchio has always hired the best crew. Always helpful and respectful going back to early years with Dave and Larry now it's Ray and Tom and more. Jason in the office is the best. I think he is really trying to make necessary improvements. Hasn't always been smooth sailing but I love the area and happy to call my apartment my home!

I wasn’t happy with my old landlord and neighbors. Since leaving that situation and being with Orecchio my life is much better! The apartment is very modern with many nice features. Paying rent is beyond easy with their app. The app is also useful for maintenance request, they always respond quickly if there’s a problem. I’m very happy with my living situation now. I couldn’t ask for more.

Love this place! I moved back from Florida two years ago thinking I had a place to stay. When that didn’t work out, I saw apartments available in country club. Without hesitation, I called and took the apartment without seeing it. I had no worries about whether these apartments would be nice and secure. I saw the apartment the first time when I moved in. Beautiful! New carpet, fresh paint and this is something they do to all the apartments between tenants. Maintenance is terrific. Location is perfect! I can’t understand why there would be any openings in this complex beautiful apartment wonderful landlord to work with very safe and secure and again the location is perfect if you’re looking for apartments, look no further than here.

We rented a house in Weirton. It was very nice. The office staff and maintenace was very professional. I would rent from them again.

Oreccchio is a great company to rent from. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Work orders are always resolved within 25-48 hrs. They always give ample notice before entering the premises which is great. I would most definitely recommend 10/10!

The property as very clean on our move in. We did have a minor issue but Jason was so helpful and courteous. He handled the situation immediately. We highly recommend any of the properties that Orecchio Properties has. We are extremely satisfied with our current property.

Rented a home for 1 year and 1/2 and it was the best landlord/tenant experience ever. Everyone from the guy who showed me the home, to the maintenance men, to the office manager Jason, to the owner himself were all phenomenal!! I can’t say enough about my experience. Every time something need fixed it was done in a timely manner. Jason was always so pleasant and helpful when I would call about anything. I met the owner for the first time during my move-out walk through and he was so nice and humble. They refunded my entire security deposit back just as the owner promised! I can’t say enough good things about this company, the property and the staff.

I've rented a country club apartment since 2006, and have been happy with the services of Orecchio Properties.
The neighborhood is friendly and the apartments are clean.
The onsight laundromat is convenient and available 24 hrs for tenants.
Any problems I've had have been resolved in a timely manner.
My apartment includes fridge and stove. During the 10 years I've been here, the fridge stopped working and I was given a new one before the end of the day.
When I was having problems with my furnace in February of 2007, Mark himself came over and fixed it while conferencing with the repairman who was backlogged and couldn't come until the following week.
In 2012, during a heatwave the ac broke and the spare ac units were already out on loan. After I informed them that the system wasn't repaired after a week, Mark made sure it was fixed the following day and even stopped by to make sure everything was working properly before the repairman left.
Last winter when my water pipes froze, a member of his staff (Dave) worked until after midnight to guarantee I had running water the next morning.
Mark and his staff are friendly people and do their best to keep their tenants happy.
You can't please everyone all the time, but they try.

Orecchio Properties employees are very friendly, courteous and responsive. They always answer my calls promptly and provide all the information I need. They take good care of their properties and show genuine care for the comfort and wellbeing of their tenants. Their on-line portal is very easy to use for making rental payments and maintenance requests. The maintenance personnel are always prompt, efficient and friendly. If you are a good tenant looking for a good landlord, I highly recommend Orecchio Properties for you next home.

When we moved in, they made the process so easy! All the instructions were very clearly laid out and within a week we had our keys. There was never an issue with communication or timeliness, and there still isn’t now. Any questions I have are so kindly answered and quickly too.

We have been with Orecchio Properties for over 10 yrs. If you have maintenance issues, you can go on the portal to let them know and they send someone to fix it in a very timely manner. They also ask permission before they enter the property. I really have enjoyed my experience with them. They are always willing to work with you.

Great properties great staff. I've rented off of Mr. Orecchio for 10+ years. 3 different units 3 different towns. All properties i occupied were very up to date and in good areas for children. Any time i needed something fixed or had any other concerns they were addressed in timely manner. I would recommend Orecchio Properties to any growing family or working professional.

I thought moving out of my parents' house was going to be scary, and I won't lie, working a minimum wage job with my brother, I figured we were going to have to live paycheck to paycheck just to afford the place. As it turns out, the rent is VERY agreeable and I've yet to have a single problem with the rental, the neighbors, or the owners. Everyone is very pleasant, and the most important thing is that all of the facilities are within walking distance. I feel very safe and comfortable living here, and will always be a happy memory for me! Don't hesitate to contact them if you're thinking about moving!

I rented from Orecchio for many years. I had lived there prior Orecchio and remember being so upset when I found out the complex was being sold. But Orecchio came in and cleaned up the place. And I do mean cleaned up. Riff raff and drama was gone in no time. Background checks were done on everbody. There was more work and repairs done in the 1st mo of their owning it than in the previous years we had lived there. And the repairs continued until the complex was in tip top shape. An on premises maintenance man is a huge plus. Any time I had a problem with anything....it was dealt with immediately.....not put on the back burner. Unfortunately life changes had me move. I would give anything to have Orecchio as a landlord again. I sit here writing this as I am facing moving because my current landlord lost our home at a sheriff's auction and we have to move.....something Orecchio Properties would never allow to happen. In my opinion....I wish Orecchio Properties owned the WORLD. I simply can't say enough GOOD about them.

I couldn't ask for a better company to rent off of, if something goes wrong I call Jason which is a wonderful guy and he has the maintenance man come within a timely matter and has things fixed for us.. My home away from home. My Name is Rey and I am from the Philippines. Orecchio is my home now. I have been in my apartment since June 2018. Strategically located so close to my workplace, Mall, and church. I feel so comfortable since the time I started living here. The management of Orecchio is so helpful and answers to all our needs without delay. I can see my self living here for a long period of time.

I am living in 1 BR with 550 sq ft. I am very happy to be here from 4 months. All facilities look good. Their maintenance crew is awesome and quick. Once you put the maintenance request, they resolved it right on the next day with efficiency. Walmart, Lovers' Lane, AMC, JC Penny, more stores and restaurants and are around in 1 mile distance. Perfect neighborhood and surrounding environment. Loved to be in this area.

Orecchio was wonderful. This was my first renting experience and I am so glad we found them!! Super affordable, maintenance was wonderful, and they were very accommodating to anything I needed! :)
