The broth was absolutely delicious! So flavorful. We had the tonkotsu with the rare steak and my boyfriend had the pork belly. I love the options of building your own soup with so many options. The egg was perfectly cooked and the service was phenomenal! Cannot wait to go back.

We were supper hungry and looking for food and we stumbled across Cedar City with its many casinos and many other food places with waiting times and boring food. The food there was exactly what we wanted. We love Asian noodles and there were options to add veggies to the noodles and meat options and to make it spicy. The food came quickly and with helpful workers to answer any questions. So if you are visiting or driving from Denver to Moab and need a break, the drive up the mountain had more than just old time atmosphere and casinos but also some special food as well. We ended up staying at the nearby KOA for the night as well. I got the fire Ramen noodles, which were not super spicy but flavorful. A nice surprise that hit the spot.

My favorite Ramen restraunt in Blackhawk/Central city. Affordable flavorful ramen! The noodle are freshly cooked in front of you and everything is simple to choose from. Just like.subway you pick your options as you go down the line. They have plenty of ramen favorites for the toppings and did not overcharge for them. They do have a few options for Extra charges such as the ramen egg which I did Include in my bowl. The service was friendly and fast. I was happy to pay $14 for everything. I did go on a monday afternoon* it was not busy at all. I will be coming back soon!

The ramen exceeded our expectations! It was very tasty, no frills Japanese style ramen. Chipotle-style ordering. Only downside was the slow service. One girl working there should’ve had help from her colleagues.

Excellent noodle bowl options in a sweet atmosphere!

How do you go wrong with custom noodle bowl. Beef broth was great with ramen noodles and thin beef. Added grilled veggies and bok choy. Was great! Chicken wings are wonderful with Gochu Gochu sauce. Will be back next time I'm in the area!

The fire noodles are the best.They're not too spicy just a little bit. And you get more than enough to have some for later.

Awesome food! We ate at a couple of the high-end restaurants in Blackhawk, and this blew them both out of the water! We spent $300 on dinner, and we enjoyed this WAY more for lunch the next day for under $40. I definitely recommend the chicken broth and grilled chicken. Super flavorful, I could have just had a bowl of that to drink. Also highly recommend the Dragon Fire Wings. They were super crispy and had a very complex flavor that was not at all overly spicy. I am definitely not a spice guy, but these were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. They also came with a dipping sauce that was fantastic. We will definitely be making the 80-mile drive drive back up just to have lunch one day. Seriously, it is that good.

Might be the best tonkatsu broth we've had in Colorado. I love that you can customize, especially the ability to add more veggies (for a charge). A good value as well.

A great find to end a day on the road. After wandering around the area and checking out some of the larger, more common restaurant options, we're glad we came back here.

The food is fresh, not fast food, but cleverly line style prepared and the beef option (essentially Phò) was great. We tried both of the house made, fresh noodle options--Ramen and Udon. Both great. The wings were a treat and the Gochu sauce was the cherry on top.

The atmosphere is what you expect; some tables, some lanterns and JK-pop on the airwaves.
