Food is top notch. Chicken bacon Rancher is bomb. Love all the staff there! Just a great place to hang out.

I come here almost ever more to work. For a corporate company it has a small local feel. The customers all chat and the employees know us. It feels like the Cheers of the casual food world. Coming here makes my mornings.

I stick to a keto diet so hadn't considered Panera as an option but just wanted a quick bite in the area while I did a bit of work. A new friend suggested the salads here and said the coffee was great so I gave them a try. She was right. The green goddess salad was quite good and very filling even without a side. The dark coffee was quite tasty and my spot by the fireplace was comfortable and had a plug-in handy for my computer. It was a great choice!

Lots of good choices for food, and I like that they have some vegetarian options. I really like the broccoli cheddar soup, its delicious!

The West St Paul Panera Bread location does a great job on food preparation. I ordered a pick 2, Monday, January 8th at approximately 4:30-5 pm and although they were busy, the staff made me a perfect Fuji Apple salad and Turkey sandwich. Fresh ingredients and generous. I will make a point to come on Mondays around this time, hoping the same employees are working. Please give the staff a raise that worked this shift. It was outstanding!!

Update: since leaving this review the manager at the time contacted me and seems to have taken it seriously and fixed the issue. I’ve had all of my orders since be correct and have no issues with this location at all. I order here frequently. :)

I’ve literally never gotten the correct order the first time once when I’ve been here. And they don’t offer anything to correct it, just “oh. Sorry....”

I don’t expect much but I’m talking a completely wrong bagel or no sauce when I ask for a certain sauce. I usually get it to go and I have to check inside the bag every single time and it’s never been correct.

I absolutely love Panera Bread! Every time I visit, I'm impressed by their wide variety of freshly baked bread, delicious sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastries. The quality of their food is outstanding, and they use fresh, wholesome ingredients that always taste great.

Their customer service is also top-notch, and I appreciate the friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. The restaurant itself is clean, well-lit, and has a cozy atmosphere that makes it a great place to enjoy a meal or catch up with friends.

Overall, I highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone looking for a tasty, healthy meal in a comfortable setting. It's definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Delicious Toasted Bagels - service was good, environment was decent and actual place to do the fine breakfast.

I always love getting a broccoli cheddar soup from here and their chocolate croissants. The pastries are fresh every time I’ve been in and they’re all absolutely delicious.

Let's get this straight, I've hated Panera bread since childhood. A favorite destination of my mother's I dealt with it and I now suffer as an adult, forking over $30 for maybe $5 of food for myself and my significant other. Today I wonder if I will ever return as only AFTER ordering our food we were informed that this particular location was currently fresh out of butter (my only source of enjoyment at this cold, unforgiving establishment) How is this legal??? A bread making business with no butter??? How was the bread made??? I thought to myself! I kept calm a reminded myself that I am only here to satisfy a loved one and no matter how many times this business disappoints me, at least now I can drink enough charged lemonade to fast forward my sub-par dining experience into next week!

The cashier Anna was the most polite helpful and happy and I went in there having not okay day and she made my day better just with how great her attitude very cheerful thx -joe

I've only ever had Panera once so I never think to go there. I ordered today for lunch to have it delivered. The Chipotle chicken sandwich was BOMB! So fresh and delicious. I also got the 10 vegetable soup. So, so good. I will definitely be hitting this location again, even if it's just for delivery.

This is by far my favorite Panera Bread. They do a wonderful job of anticipating me, making me feel like a valued regular (even though 90% of the time I’m just grabbing free coffee from my subscription and not spending much) and are always quick and efficient. In fact, my wife will occasionally order coffee for me to pick up, and even when she forgets to, often times the workers here will make sure I have an extra coffee cup. Even if she hasn’t officially ordered and they just notice me grabbing another cup right before I leave, plenty of times they’ll have that cup waiting for me. Also, this Panera in particular does a wonderful job of coming off as politically neutral. Many big companies (Panera included) try to be “woke” and promote LGBT merchandise or any number of other “woke” topics. Whatever you think about those things personally, the fact that this Panera doesn’t try and yell “we’re woke, we need to make a political statement” makes this a place where people of all backgrounds can come in, feel comfortable, and not have to worry about their favorite chain shoving a political statement down their throat.

Between the awesome employees and the way this place is managed, this store needs to be an example to ALL Panera Bread restaurants. This is how you maintain a business, a customer connection, and a good work ethic.

Totally impressed! I picked up an order for lunch that was delicious but realized that part of my order was forgotten. Called to let them know that I was missing part of my order and they refunded my money and gave me additional credits on my Panera Rewards card. Such awesome service!!! We need more places like this!

Food is always good here. I tried the Kitchen Sink Cookie ... OM goodness ... it was delicious! I like meeting friends at Paneras because it's always quiet enough to visit and not feel like people are listening in on your conversations lol

My daughter picked it up, I had been craving creamy chicken wild rice soup for like weeks and then my daughter brought some it was Delicious 😋
