The server named Gavin is awesome! He gave great recommendations like Steakhouse Beef and I tried it. Absolutely loved it! He was very nicr as well and gave my kids chips on the house! Excellent food and service overall!!

Nigel is awesome! People like that make me want to come back. After trying the Wreck, it became my new favorite sandwich. I will be back for more of this goodness! It's life changing.

The staff was very friendly the service was very fast they also had a guy in there that was playing Blues he also had a harmonica is playing a guitar I would definitely go back to this location it was my first time at Potbelly's and I'm satisfied.

The food was delicious and they took their time making sure our order was right. My kids enjoyed the grilled cheese, my husband loved the farmhouse salad, my mediterranean and veg soup was a hit after a long day. Thanks 😊

I had a WRECK that was in point, always a great choice! Definitely want to give big recognition to the staff working today. I witnessed back to back customers be very inconsiderate to the employees working for absolutely no reason. The staff definitely could have stooped to each of their levels but they made the decision not to. Thank you to the employees working today. Continue to shine in the face of adversity!

Always good! Need supervision to ensure smooth ordering however as order wasn't received took extra time wasted my lunch time... And a prior customer got wrong orders so mix ups needs someone help them...

Picked up a box of sandwiches for a family event. They had never had Potbelly. I was worried they’d go soggy by the time I got to the event and they were served. I was wrong and my family loved them!! Even after 45 mins they were still warm and toasty. Good store, friendly employees. I usually order from the two stores downtown where I work. It’s great to know the store around where I live has the same consistent service and delicious food. Thanks Eagan store!! Oh and I love the free entrees I get with my Perks account…..

Ordered ahead for pick up with two kids to eat in store during lunch time. Mac and cheese piping hot. Cold brew shake appropriate temp and texture. Staff checked on me twice while eating and offered to clear my table and clean up my sons milk spill. Also replaced my sons milk that he spilled. For fast casual, fantastic service and friendly too.

Always one of my favorite places. Never feel like they rush, or mess up your sandwich. Very accommodating and friendly about my daughter's food allergy. Unlike, a certain restaurant that starts with S and ends with Way. Who is rude about glove changes. Potbelly employees let me know they changed gloves just in case, and and were sweet to her.

Same motif as all your other Potbelly shops and of course your favorite sandwiches. The Wreck is my go to. Staff here are nice and do their best to make sure you get a delicious meal.

I came in during lunch and ordered a sandwhich and broccoli and cheddar soup. The food was actually better than I had expected!! The staff was very presentable and seemed to go out of their way to ensure my visit was a pleasant one. The tables and floor were very clean. The lamps at the booths were a very nice touch! Will definitely be returning and woukd recomend to all ages!!!

ive been here numerous times at all times of the day-busy lunch hour, to quieter evenings, and all the times the service was amazing!!! i would go back just for the service, they're always so friendly and brighten up your day. on a side note, i always come here on my off days, so basically in sweat pants and looking a hot mess, i get weird looks from others, but not the employees, they treat me as they would anyone else and i love it. the food? thats even better!! the wreck with all the toppings is to die for!! if you're hungry and off from work, i would recommend this place, its also very cozy with really good wifi if you want to get work done too.. LOVE IT!

Great sandwiches, fast service and energetic staff. We mostly go for quick lunch on weekdays. The potbelly app is great. I always use that for payments. Any perks are automatically credited.

Just wanted a quick lean sandwich. The young lady was pleasure, friendly and got right down to business. She suggested other compliments to go with the sandwich. It was very tasty and I would go back again. Reasonably priced.

There are many places you can go for a sub - Subway, Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, et. al. Potbelly's is one of the two best! I have always found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Today our sandwiches were Italian on lightly toasted bread providing a soft, delicious crunch. There is a list of things you can have on your sandwich including mayo, mustard, or oil ... lettuce, tomato, pickle, hot peppers, onion and seasoning. The prices are reasonable and on this trip we got a 2 for 1 offer by using the app! For me, it's always Potbelly's or Jersey Mike's.

Picked up sandwiches and went home. No cheese on either sandwich. Shneille made it right by offering new sandwiches,very pleased thank you.
