McDonald's

If I go to this McDonald's it's usually around lunch time. The drive through seems to move quickly but I usually order through the app and pickup inside.

If you use the app you will definitely save some money with the deals they have. Plus you earn rewards from r free items.

They have never messed up my order and are typically friendly and prompt. Other than some messes around the soda area it's usually clean.

I really enjoyed bringing my daughters here. The ordering was easy in DriveThru, all the employees were kind gave smiles and it even gave me hope for the younger generation in how sweet yet professional they all were. My kids were impressed at the presentation of the food and the fries were Hot 🔥 and delicious.

This McDonalds has been by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The food is always fresh, hot and very delicious. The staff is always top notch. The establishment is always neat and tidy. So every time I’m near by I make sure to stop by for some good food and good service.

I usually stop here late night on my way from work since it’s the only thing open the wait time can get long sometimes but it seems they are very short staffed the blonde women on nights has the best attitude and always makes my day. And I know my fries will be FRESH Also the app has good coupons i always check on there first because some of the meals are getting pricey for fast food.

I normally don't rate fast food joints but this McDonald's was on point! Fries, fresh as hell and perfectly seasoned and burgers... Delicious! All McDonald's need to be like this one

The drive-thru employee was very friendly and patient again!! It was the second that she served me! The food was hot a d fresh, just like the first time!! Thank you so much to that crew!!!!

I’m editing my review. I don’t know if I just had originally gone on an off day, but I always have a pretty great experience here now. Just please keep your employees happy, healthy and well-compensated. When we are too lazy to cook, they are there to help us in a bind.

Food was okay at best. But it was the customer service. I think you guys need to check in on your employees and make sure they are happy and not being treated like dirt - from both ends, customers and management. There was no smile or friendliness AT ALL, I felt like I was in trouble with them, just for being a customer. So I just get the feeling that they are generally not happy with their jobs for one or many reasons. Give them raises or training on customer service, whatever it is that they are needing so we can have a better experience when we are respectful and paying customers.

That 5 star goes to Ben the manager here 26 Nov 1:26. Works very hard to keep the team going and always friendly to the customers. I often just come in for a soda, just to relax and he is right there with the soda cup and a smile. Hats off to customer service!!! Thanks Ben

It's a McDonald's. But they are good at service and were quick this time when I went in for breakfast.

I was resistant to get the McDonald's app but I did get it and once you learn the app it's a great convenient way to buy and pay for your food at McDonald's, especially if you're going through the drive-thru. Also, the McDonald's app has good specials.

I usually grab a late bite typically McDonald's. This one was a 24-hour location. Please tell me... I am not the only person in MN that wants ice tea and/or ice cream after 9:00 pm. If I am #1) pardon me and #2) I don't believe you. To the locations that close at 10:00 pm, please don't shut down the ice cream machine and dump the ice tea. Do you dump all the coffee and shut off the deep fryers? I bet not. I prefer ice tea to coffee and ice cream to fries. You didn't get my $10, Culver's did! Have you ever done a cost anaIysis? If not, it might be helpful. Then people working the drive-thru can actually use words to answer the customer. Rather than shrug shoulders & mumble what I think was, ”I don't know why”. I'll tell you why you close them at least an hour early, because it's 2 machines you can close & clean before you actually close (hoping no one will care). Well, the ice tea and ice cream people care. And, until you change, at least give the customer a true answer. Until you change it I'll just give my money to another, more-conscienious business.

Don't you hate when you give in to the fast-food craving you order your meal & the fries are room temp at best with a burger that taste like it's been sitting out half the day? Yeah us too. I mean hey if I'm giving in to the fast food craving I need it to be what you said it would be....
Right?! This McDonalds Location did that & more. I can't say the last time I actually thoroughly enjoyed a meal from here. Yesterday was that day. There was a line but well worth the wait in the drive thru. The staff were friendly. The food was the best we've had in as long as I can remember! Definitely worth driving well out of your way to get what you actually want how you actually want it!

Best McDonald's I ever go to, staff always is so friendly and fast, even when i hit them with the 6 kids meal order.

Good food, almost always hot and fresh and usually the line moves pretty quickly.

The freshest McDonald's in the area. The fries are always hot and fresh and so are the sandwiches. The coffees and shakes DON'T taste or smell like rotting milk.

Kind, courteous, and fast service. Actually, I was incredibly impressed with the service here. They even came and checked on us a couple times. We ate indoors, right at lunch time on a Friday.

The food was great as well. Very impressed with this McDonald's!

I went through the drive through after work this past Sunday 7/25(around 12-1am). The gentleman who was handing out the food and taking payment was so very kind and sweet. I think his name was Matt.
