Taco Bell

I go in every morning to this location for breakfast. During the week I get the most AMAZING food and service from Maria and Felica. They are enthusiastic and make my visit special. After running retail ops for over 30 years, Taco Bell is lucky to have them on their team. I highly recommend this location and these ladies make it special experience.

As a college student, taco bell is one of my favorite easy spots to hit. Usually, taco bell is really mid food. However, the food at this location is SO good. It always is super hot and (I think) fresh, they've never messed up a single thing. Also, the people are always really nice.

I wish I remembered the name of the young man that helped us here. He was so polite and friendly. My taco supremes were served without the sour cream. Once it was brought to their attention, they gave me sour cream as I requested. Thank you staff at Taco Bell for your quick correction.
The inside of the restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. We would visit this Taco Bell again.

Went here at like 2 am expecting old food considering the time. I was mistaking very impressed food was very fresh and hot. Actually best I've ever had from a taco bell. I went threw drive threw and the employee was very cheery . Best service I've had in a while

On February 5th in the midnight hours the crew at this taco bell really came through on my order. I had to wait a few minutes, but sat there patiently for it knowing they were gonna get it right. Custom order and they killed it! Thanks squad

I always have a pretty good experience at taco bell, and today was the best. Super nice dude at the window and my food was fully stuffed, I mean everything in my bag looked like it coulda been from a menu photo. Some good people working on Nov 11 2020 10:30 am.

Honestly the best taco bell in the metro area. Staff are top notch.

Its Taco Bell. Good breakfast, but for tacos really only when its an emergency.

Since this place was rebuilt last year it has become better in service and service overall. This location was remodeled with new technology in mind. Does cut down on labor tho. When you walk in you do your order on a kiosk instead of talking to a human. The only time you talk to a human is when you pay cash for your order otherwise it is an impersonal environment. The drive thru is still run by humans, but they have a new drive thru for folks that order food on the Taco Bell app only which is an interesting concept in my opinion.

Erik is awesome! So funny and so full of light! The team did a great job keeping cool and smiles on their face with the rude customers! Food always taste so amazing! Hands down one of the best Taco Bell’s! I drive from Brooklyn Center to come get from this Taco Bell! My Taco Bell is not as great and never as fresh and not as friendly, same goes for the surrounding areas. This place is very clean on the outside. I feel the team looks as if they enjoy each others company and work great together! Team work makes the dream work, am I right? Finding out that Erik is the store manager makes me so baffled at how well this place is doing! His leading skills and his team are great together!

I had ordered some food near close one night, unfortunately was made wrong and couldn't be eaten due to dietary restrictions. I had pulled around to just let them know, knowing I couldn't fix order as they were tearing down the kitchen. Andrew handled the situation very professionally and wrote me a coupon for a new burrito and beverage. I returned yesterday to use said coupon and the cashier hadn't properly comped it, nevertheless Andrew helped out again. He is a wonderful manager that promotes a welcoming and fun environment from this side of the window and I very much appreciate him and the night crew for all they do for me over the years!!

My absolute FAVORITE Taco Bell! The staff are always so friendly! They rarely get my order wrong. Also, one of the fastest drive thrus around!

This is the best fast food joint in Eagan, IMO. ALWAYS FRESH, fast, loaded, and top notch customer service, as friendly as they come. Natasha and Andrew are just great. If you’re going to get some fast food in the area, you won’t be disappointed with these folks and their service/product!!!!!

Erik is always so energetic and polite even when he has to deal with rude customers not understanding that staff shortages are at an all time high and himself and employees are doing their very best to get us hungry customers in and out with satisfaction! The food is always fresh and fulfilling and I'm glad that store has a manager like him to keep me coming back even from the twin cities! 🙌🏾 Give this guy a raise. He's great at customer service 👏
