Chick-fil-A

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was great and friendly and also had table side service for drink refills. Food came out just like we ordered. It was fresh and hot and quick. Usually always the go-to for a chicken samdwhich, and mac n cheese with the sweet tea! Can't beat it!

I always get above and beyond treatment every time me or my family comes in. They are always so polite and caring. We had someone who was mopping the floors ask us if we wanted refills. He even took our trash at the end. He was just extremely kind and helpful. I like how easy it is to use the app and to also use the points. I also like the different options you have for this place. Delivery, online pickup, order drive thru. Inside chilling. Lots of different options which makes it great for everyone. I also like that it has a play area for kids and high seats for kids. A kids menu. I like how there are also handicap parking spots!

The staff here are so helpful and kind. It's always a pleasure to swing by and grab lunch from this location. I often just sit down and order from the app and they bring the tray to my table. It's great to have service like this and allows to make calls or work on my phone while waiting for the meal. Thank you Chick-fil-a, I will be back again soon.

Staff is always polite to me, and the food comes out pretty quick. The app is super helpful for ordering. If you have order anxiety like me, there are options to order on the app from your table - or the usual, pick up when you get there or order then pick up in the drive through.

Feels more like a restaurant than most fast food places. Got a chicken club sandwich and was not disappointed. Had fun trying all the sauces with the amazing waffle fries too.

Never disappointing, always delicious. The waffle fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken is a little greasy but I love it! I can't get enough of the chick fil a sauce 🤤

Like to write a personal positive review. Went to Eagan Chik Fila. Received an item that was supposed to have bacon in it but did not. Was going to leave it alone and leave. Was called via phone not 2 Minutes later by a Chik Fila manager saying they forgot to add the bacon to the order and wondered If I would like to come back for it. Was already in parking lot. He came out and said he wanted to make sure my order was correct. Got a free Mac and cheese out of it. They care about their customers. This is the Chik-Fil-A in Eagan, MN.

One of my all time favorite places for Chicken Sandwiches! The best thing about Chick-fil-A is that they always meet your expectations no matter which location you are going or at what time of the day it is!
They have really good services and they serve very fresh food! The chicken is best quality, fresh and well cooked.
I am now not going to Mcdonald’s or any other place for my chicken sandwiches! Chick-fil-A is my favorite now.

They provide very good food and taste is awesome kids menu they are very cool and they have small room to play they will like it too

Mini play area for the kids . Everytime I go the seating area is clean & tidy. The workers always greet me with a smile & it's just an all around pleasant experience

Great service, great food, comfortable chairs, clean, friendly staff. The owner refreshed our beverages and made sure our food and service was OK. Good convenient location. Play place for the kids.

First time and was a great experience. The young gal at the window, Claire?, was a refreshing surprise. Positive and genuinely friendly. Food was great, fast service, and clean store.

I go to Chick-fil-A very often, this location impressed me, it was perfectly clean, they gave us this flyer for activities they do with family which I think is so cool, the employees come to the table and help you out. Today Royce came to my table and offered us water, never happened before! So so nice. We love it here

This is probably the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! The atmosphere was great and they had real flowers on the tables. Complimentary diapers in the bathroom for your little ones' mishaps. The staff was super helpful and nice and the patrons were just as pleasant.

I've never been to a Chick-fil-a and was pleasantly surprised. I stopped in for breakfast and was treated cheerfully at the counter. The kitchen staff was having fun in the back and working well as a team.

Staff meandering through the dining area were treating guests in a very friendly manner that seemed genuine from the heart and not as an employee obligation.

The parking area was well maintained and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the dining area immaculate.

I was very impressed and wanted to share my experience. I'm sure I will be stopping back again. 😊

Not just a fast food place. Great food with helpful employees in every aspect of the process. The young lady in training that took our order very helpful. The manager/supervisor retrieved a high chair for us since our hands were full and checked back to see how the meal was. Also.. the bathroom was clean and stocked with necessities for all.. including 4 sizes of diapers ! Thanx for a great experience !

I come here most times after work and got to say... It's chick fil a. They are always so nice and friendly. Food was always delicious and hot. The frosted lemonade is a must try. Very clean also.
