The audiologist and the doctor were both very pleasant and attentive to my need. My ear issue was resolved, and I left the visit with self care information.

Dr Flohr has consistently given me an incredibly high level of competent service. The recent surgery she performed went completely smoothly; she also has a great bedside manner, I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr Cox at Midwest ENT is absolutely amazing! I have had sinus problems for many years and have been to several other ENT clinics. My experience with Dr. Cox has been absolutely incredible. He did surgery to correct my sinus problems and has outlined a plan moving forward to make certain that the problems don't come back. I only wish that I would have seen Dr. Cox years ago! He restored my quality of life and ability to breathe!!! THE BEST!!!

Great experience with my daughter here. They got us in quickly, within 2 weeks! Her current ENT was booked until October so that was huge. Dr. Karlen was excellent & so patient with her. He was also great at listening to my concerns as a parent. They got us in and out quickly. They also have a TV with kids programming in the lobby which my daughter enjoyed. Next step for her is having her tonsils out which we will be doing through Midwest ENT. Happy I found them & would recommend to anyone looking for an ENT.

Dr Kirchhoff was very friendly and helpful with my hearing loss diagnosis.
Dr Flohr was more than courteous and explained all issues I was having and procedures that would help. I’d consider doing the same on my other ear since it helped on my right side after my recovery if that is a possibility

Started with a hearing test, but went on to have other great services. They are excellent. Great location in Eagan. Everyone is pleasant and professional.

I just returned from Casper,WY and needed follow-up support and observation here in Eagan for a serious throat infection and surgery. I was very fortunate to be coupled with Dr. Flohr and Karen, her assistant nurse. Both were genuine and caring. They treated me and explained what I should expect and reduced my fears and anxiety considerably due to their thorough treatment and skills.

I was very impressed with the entire clinic! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Secondly, the fact that all diagnostic tests were ordered and completed in one visit saved us time. We had reasons for ongoing illness, and a treatment plan with surgery to be scheduled. Dr. Karlen was very thorough and explained the issues he found clearly.

Dr. Kirchoff is an excellent audiologist. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and helps me understand the gradual changes involved with my hearing loss. I feel like I’m in very caring and competent hands.

I was treated with kindness and respect. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs the type of services they provide.
