I was impressed with the service I received at Advent and especially, Kira J. I got more information in 30 minutes then from years of visits to my previous ENT Doctor. I made the switch to Advent and am really excited to have a personalized plan!

Dr. Jorgensen-Duus was incredible to work with. She took my symptoms seriously, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. I’m excited to continue working with her to fix what’s going on!

My appointment was very informative and I learned a lot about my choices. If anybody has a chance I would suggest they choose this group too take care of them.

Kira was great! She asked a lot of questions to follow up on the information I provided on my intake forms. I felt like she really wanted to understand exactly how I was feeling. During the exam, Kira took the time to explain what she was seeing, what it should look like & how it’s creating the symptoms/trouble breathing. I never felt rushed & had all my questions answered.

Really great service! Kara (PA) at Eagan saw me for longer than the first new patient appt is generally designed to go - like twice as long - and was able to give me a multi-faceted treatment plan immediately, as well as inform me of something going on in my nasal cavities which I was not aware of when she had to do an on the spot nasal endoscopy! The only slight strange thing is that she said dizziness and ears in general aren’t really issues they address there, even though the E in ENT stands for ear so I thought that was slightly ironic. 😂 Not sure if that’s entirely true, though, and I was still satisfied since my primary concerns were ear and throat and I’m hoping my dizziness is just related to my possible chronic sinusitis and not indicative of another problem (she had recommended neurology, which I do have I just don’t know if my neurologist addresses dizziness). Went out with a few meds, a CT scan of nose/sinuses ordered, and a scheduled at home sleep study. I would still give this place 5/5 stars! 🙂

Everyone I've interacted with here has been absolutely wonderful.
I've only ever seen women working here in any capacity, and it is probably the most relaxing, comfortable clinic I've been in. Even when they're sticking things up your nose, you feel safe and cared for.

I had my first appointment in Woodbury, but CT scan appointment in Eagan worked for my schedule. I met with PA Kira, then Dr Hsia. They were both extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was able to schedule sinus surgery, and went in for that yesterday. Day of surgery was fast, I had the sedative which was perfect. Mara started me with numbing meds, then Dr Hsia and PA Kira came in and got to work! It was smooth, and very little discomfort. Had easier breathing even yesterday! Today I am a little stuffy as described, but excited and happy that I'm finally feeling better and not feeling sick due to sinus problems. Thank you so much for helping me! - Beth

Such a delightful and professional person, with a solid sense of humor and a very good understanding of the profession. I learned more about my apnea and breathing issues during our appointment than I ever had with previous professionals.

I live an hour away, but this appointment was SO worth it!

Advent is great! My own ent didnt even do the basic checks she did. She caught why I was having trouble breathing. In a few minutes. Great job!! Staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone to help you breathe better and sleep better.

Dr Amy is great!
Explained to me what the obstruction was and how to move forward after the nose camera.
No pain at all during this procedure.
She gave a chalk talk in front of the posters detailing the nose and airflow parts and I learned a bunch.
Excited to be a nose breather soon.

I had my first appointment with Advent last Friday, and everyone there was so nice and welcoming. And Kira Jorgensen-Duus, PA-C, did my exam and she was just great and she answered all of my questions. I’m looking forward to going back for my next appointment.

Quick, Easy and Painless...Amy did a Great job on the exam. After 15 or 20 min.I was out the door with prescription in hand and scheduled for a CT Scan in May.
