Carlo's Pizza

The place reminded me of NYC...seating was very limited with hightop bar stools facing outside. The food was pricey but authentic as you can get. Loved the meatballs. Pizza tasted even better warmed up the next day in a toaster oven.

As a proud Jersey girl on a work trip, stepping into Carlos Pizza was like a nostalgic journey to my favorite childhood spot—the boardwalk at the Jersey Shore. At Carlos, I not only found a slice of home but also tasted a bit of heaven with their outstanding pizza. The wings were a delightful surprise- thick, juicy, tender, light crisp with sriracha maple . The meatballs? Simply divine. Even the salad was delicious! Fresh mozzarella cheese. Mmm. Definitely all quality ingredients. The only drawback was limited seating, but the impeccable staff and their warm customer service made up for it. The music and decor added to the fun, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of my cherished childhood memories “down the shore.” Highly recommend this haven for anyone craving an authentic taste of New Jersey pizza. You’ll be glad you did ❤

We just had dinner here last night. It was fantastic. Have been passing this place for years. Finally decided to stop in with the family. It was great. About the best real deal NYC pizza you’re gonna get down south. We had the one with cherry peppers and it was delicious. Definitely gotta give these folks a try.

We stumbled across this gem while in the area for a soccer game. The customer service is amazing and the food is even better! We visited for the first time last Sunday and are back here again 7 days later! So far we’ve tried the pizza, wings, cheese bread & Zeppole and they were all so good. We live 45 mins away & this has become our official pizza spot. So worth the drive!

We are in from out of town and searched for a great pie and we found it!
Sauce, cheese, and crust on point!
We ordered a pepperoni & sausage and loved both of the meats.
We even reheated the pizza later and it was just as great as the first bite.
NY style crust has a great bite and chew.
The staff was friendly and the parlor looked clean and loved by the business.

Carlo’s Pizza makes one of the best pies that you will find anywhere in Atlanta. The crust is perfectly cooked, offering the elusive combination of crisp and chew that so many other pizza shops can’t quite achieve. I understand that everyone’s pizza tastes vary, but Carlo’s nails the formula for me with the perfect proportions of cheese, sauce, toppings and crust. If you get the proportions wrong, the pizza can become a mess to handle and eat.

There are plenty of good pizza shops in the Atlanta area but only a handful stand out for authenticity and execution and Carlo’s is in that category.

Note that while it’s listed as “dine in” in reality it’s setup more for takeout. There are 6-8 stools and a ledge along the window where you can scarf down a few slices. The menu offers other options but it will be hard for me to pass up the pizza whenever I go.

The pizza is great and always perfect. The crust is exactly what a pizza crust is supposed to be.
If you’re not in the mood for pizza, every single one of their appetizers are amazing… My favorites are the meatballs and the grilled artichoke heart 🤤
Even their salads are bomb. The house salad with their in house-made vinaigrette is better than any salad you can get at other pizza places. There’s tons of toppings and their dressing has got the perfect amount of sweet.

Absolutely delicious! After my visit to NYC for the first time Ive been CRAVING NYC pizza. Me and my wife and my brother loved it! Definitely authentic NYC pizza and we’ll be back!

Finally, a pizza place to brag about in East Cobb! I'm originally from the burbs of NYC, but have been living in the area for a while and hadn't found a pizzeria that takes me back to my NY roots. Carlo's Pizza does just that! The slices are big with just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and the crust is thin and has a nice crunch to it. This is by far my favorite place to go!

Service was awesome, great customer service as I ordered at the store. Ordered a cheese slice and a personal size pepp. Both were delicious. Thin crust New York style, not too greazy, a little light on the sauce but still full of flavor. The crust was thin, crispy, but light with just a tiny bit of char to pull it all together.

Stopped in for a couple slices today. The meatball topping was delicious (not dried out like often happens when used as a pizza topping). Amazingly crisp crust. Very high quality pizza all around. Not a lot of sitting space, but fine since it was just me. I highly recommend.

After months of smelling the the tempting fresh garlic aroma from Carlo’s on my Publix runs, I decided to stop in and try the new pizzeria for myself. This is the closest thing to New York pizza in East Cobb. The classic pepperoni hit the spot, and the white pizza with ricotta, basil, and prosciutto was delicious! Pictured is the “small/personal pizza” size. I cannot wait to try the other menu items.

Came because we were looking for a meatball sub and our regular spots were closed. Holy moly, I'm so glad we did. Had the meatball sub, cheese slice, pepperoni slice, and pasta e fagioli. Just like being back on Long Island. Easily our new favorite joint.

Have been dying to try this pizza so when I finally got the chance to try it I was not disappointed , I'm from Chicago so I am not easily impressed by pizza but worth every bite .. must try .

Like a trip down the shore in our backyard. Delicious thin boardwalk-style pizza. The salads are also top notch. Quality throughout the menu.

Pizza was very good, love the sauce, and made great leftovers. Will definitely be returning.

This place is FANTASTIC. Tried the personal pepperoni w/5” chicken parm hero and everything was amazing — including fantastic service! Just moved a mile down the block and this is now my go-to for NY style pizza. My home away from home. Highly recommend!

This is the best pizza in the area that I have found. It was my first time at Carlo’s Pizza and was very impressed with the whole experience.

The online ordering was really easy, pizza was ready when they said it would be, staff was friendly, and the quality was really good.

It was almost $30 for a large pepperoni pizza so I don’t think we will be ordering from here weekly but it is worth the money in my opinion.

Too good. I’m a NY native and this felt like I was right back home with each bite. Blessing to know I don’t have to fly thousands of miles for this experience anymore. Big thank you to the amazing job Paul and the other brothers are doing. 🙏🏾
