Dr Samuels was very thorough during the whole examination. He took detailed notes throughout the process and made sure to put in place the necessary checks and balances throughout the entire procedure. The office has in place state of the art equipment and the entire team was well trained to provide a customercentric experience. It was my most pleasurable vist to an ophthalmologist. Please ensure that you utalize the services offered. It will be well worth it.

Had my first appointment today. The service was excellent! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They spent time helping me pick out glasses that I liked. I will definitely be staying with this office. Highly recommended!

I don’t know where to begin with this. So many wonderful people and Dr. at this office. Every time I go they treat me like family. I have so many health issues with myself to mention them all immune. Dr. Samuels has gone above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable. His knowledge is out of the park amazing. So glad to have them ALL to care for me and my family. All 6 of us!

We went there as this is super close to where we live. The staff are excellent. Dr. Samuels has the most advanced equipment that I've ever seen. Probably most comfortable experience getting a pair of glasses in my life. The front desk girls are super helpful. They even took care of our toddler like our family while my husband and I were doing eye exams, etc.

Dr. Samuels is amazing. A truly caring and helpful doctor that really got the best vision possible for me which is quite the feat considering I have keratoconus.

I received great care from Dr. Samuels. I have dry eye disease, and he was able to recommend contact lenses that work well for those with my condition. In addition, he shared other services that will help me to manage my dry eye symptoms. The staff was helpful and professional, and the office is very clean and attractive.

My whole family comes to NC Eye Associates and see Dr. Samuels and his staff. They are are amazing at what they do and take such good care of us. I LOVE Dan and how excellent he is with fitting you with glasses, not just the way they fit you but they way the look on you. His expertise and guidance is the best. And Tyffanie is so helpful and sweet, her knowledge with insurance and helping you figure it out is awesome. I looked high and low to find an eye doctor like Dr. Samuels and his group, and I am so glad I did, I will not go anywhere else and would recommend his practice to anyone without hesitation!

I am very picky about eye doctors (this is our 3rd eye doctor in 2 years) and we are so happy we came to NC Eye Associates. Dr. Samuels and all of the staff are helpful, honest, and friendly, a very welcome change from what we had experienced at other offices. I highly recommend them!

Best eye care experience ever. I’ve visited many Triangle area optometrists and ophthalmologists, but these folks were the best. On my first visit Dr. Samuels diagnosed an eye problem that had been troubling me for years. Also, these guys have a great selection of frames and made choosing fun. You can’t go wrong with these folks.

I am new to the area and needed an eye doctor. I have worn glasses almost all my life and spent 15+ years in the optical industry. Dr. Samuels is an excellent Optometrist. Extensive testing is done on your first visit, which in my case, revealed a serious dry eye issue. Dr. Samuels explained all the test results and recommended a treatment plan. The staff is outstanding...professional and very caring! I got great new eyewear and am looking forward to completing my dry eye treatment and using Dr. Samuels for a long time! I've been seeing Dr. Samuels at NC Eye Associates since they opened. They use state of the art equipment, know what they're doing and are genuinely interested in their patients health. It's wonderful to be treated like a member of the family.They are simply the best.

Dr Samuels and his staff are amazing. I have seen many doctors for my issue and by far Dr Samuel's has been the best. Truly cares and spends quality time at the appointment and even with follow up questions His staff always give a warm welcome and ask how I am and truly care also.

I haven’t been to the eye doctor since I had Lasic like 13 years ago. Eyesight was great til about 5-6 months ago started having trouble seeing the tennis ball and reading license plates at work. My wife has been going to dr Samuels for a long time and made me go. I have never had a contact in my eye in my life and now I can see like when I first had lasik.(which was pretty awesome) very quick, friendly and no glasses! Worth the drive from Durham!! Only problem is now I can see the real me in the mirror😎

I needed a pair of glasses of fixed, and after calling multiple eye glass shops and being told they wouldn’t fix them because I didn’t buy them their, I finally found NC Eye Associates. They fixed them fast and promptly for me!! Thank you guys so much 🙂🙂

Love this place, the staff is great and very professional. I started going to Dr Loflin about 6 years ago and my wife had been going to him before I did.. Dr Loflin alway goes the extra mile to do for his patients..
