Cary Family Eye Care

Let me start by saying I would rather get a root canal than eye exam. UNTIL I found Cary Family Eye Care, Dr. Logan Lineberry and the entire staff were kind and welcoming. Dr. Logan took the time to listen to my concerns with patience and had the knowledge and expertise to truly help me. I will definitely be scheduling my annual exams here for me and my family in the future.

Where to begin! I am new to Cary and my first appointment to establish eye care exceed expectations! My experience with Caroline was calm and informative for an 8am appointment, she was the sweetest when it came to answering my questions and hearing out my concerns. Okay Dr. Logan! When it came time for my exam, MAN WAS SHE AMAZING! She knew her stuff! The amount of attention to detail she gave was extraordinary. She provided informative information about my current prescription and her recommendations were jaw dropping. 10 out of 10! We can't forget Alyssa and Priscilla! They are so sweet and have wonderful vibes and energy, it felt like they enjoy what they do! Alyssa went above and beyond helping me with my new glasses and setting everything up for me. I felt like I was in good hands. Over all I recommended!

Super great experience! The technician who assisted on my exam and Dr. Kormos were super great and answered any questions I had, making sure I understood everything! Priscilla checked me out and was such a sweetie! I haven’t gotten new frames in 10 years (and am very attached to my old ones 😭❤), and she was super patient and helpful with helping me find a new pair! She listened to what I thought and picked out pairs she thought I’d like and ones that would be interesting to try out! thank you guys :) 10/10

Cary Family Eye Care made time to see my daughter late in the day after she injured her eye. JJ brought us back, was playful with her, and really helped ease her nerves. While she waited a couple minutes for the doctor, my daughter sat on the floor and colored. The doctor came in and plopped down right next to her, immediately earming her trust. Their new facility is beautiful, and everyone was really nice! (I also thought it was a strong recommendation that we came here on the word of our usual optometrist, who said that she brings her kids here to be seen.)

This is my third year with Cary Family Eye Care and I highly recommend them. The new facility is clean, bright and easy to access. My tech JJ navigated efficiently through all my eye exams and made me feel comfortable during my visit.

JJ took care of me for my first visit. Most fun I’ve had at a Dr’s appointment! I highly recommend this location & especially JJ. Everyone is very nice and attentive. You guys have certainly earned a repeat customer.

JJ is so wonderful with kids — he made what could’ve been a scary experience fun and lighthearted. And Dr. Dwight is both warm and professional. Couldn’t ask for more in an optometry visit.

JJ was very helpful to me today. He was respectful and friendly and clearly highly skilled. He gave me a key on site into my prescription. That will help me see better.

JJ was a breath of fresh air to our morning appointment. Anyone who works with patients or customers should take a page from his book. Very courteous and friendly demeanor as well as extremely knowledgeable. Whatever he is getting paid, he should get double! The new space is very nice and spacious. Great experience!

First time visiting and I will return! JJ was phenomenal. I felt at ease through all the test and I appreciate how thorough they were with keeping my eyes healthy.

JJ, Dr. Rachel, and the new facility are incredible. This is my first time coming and I haven’t been to an eye doctor in years but they made me feel comfortable, no pressure to get new glasses or contacts, and just overall really nice. Everyone from reception to the doctor is top notch.

I had a wonderful experience at the new Cary Family Eye location. The showroom and exam rooms are beautiful! The staff is considerate and goes above and beyond to ensure their patients feel valued and comfortable. JJ was exceptional and provided premier customer service! Highly highly recommend!

Both my children just did their annual check- up and have great results as always! They have been on the Myopia control program for the last 6 years . My daughter who is 16 now started seeing Dr.Barnes when she was 10 and has been wearing the overnight lenses since then. Her vision during day time is almost a 20/20 despite the high power she started the program with ! Dr.Barnes is extremely patient to answer all questions, and has a great friendly welcoming staff ready to assist at any time. Thanks to all of you!

JJ, the tech, was super personable and capable navigating me through all the eye tests this morning. Staff is friendly and professional. The new location is wonderful as well! I’ve been going to Cary family eye care since 2007 and will continue to do so :)

I had a wonderful visit! I was well taken care of during my eye exam by Eden and Dr.Logan. After my appointment, Joe was very helpful in helping me pick and buy a new pair of glasses. Will definitely return for my next eye exam!

I have been going here for years and would highly recommend it. The new office is beautiful and the people there, specifically Jay, Maggie, and Dr. Kelly Barnes are very efficient and welcoming.

Excellent professional experience. JJ, Donna, and Julie were all kind, personable, knowledgeable and just generally lovely to be around. In depth, modern eye care and a much larger selection of eyewear than other places. I had 5! Green frames to choose from. Very happy to have chosen Cary Family Eye Care.
