Love this place. Quality work and they sharpen scissors!

I originally had gone to a big name fabric store to get my scissors sharpened. The lady at the fabric table was a bit dismissive and told me that they didn’t sharpen scissors. She said oh, we have this tool, (but I have expensive gingham scissors and the scissors wouldn’t fit). When I went to the front of the store as I was leaving, I asked someone if they knew where I could get scissors sharpened and they said Sew n Vac. I went there and they were super nice. It cost me less than $10 and less than 10 minutes. At the beginning of the year, though they are going under a new name and are dropping vacuum cleaner supplies. Highly recommend.

I bought a sewing machine here and Bob was great I after 2 years it needed to be cleaned and service done on two machines they were ready in two days. He even took time to show me a few program from Janome embroidery machine that he even has online classes wow

Recently purchased 2 machines from here. FREE instructional classes are offered with the machines. I encourage anyone to take these classes! I have been sewing for over 50 years and have a degree in home economics and I have learned so much about what these machines will do! Bob is a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge.

Have repaired my Janome and serviced it 2x. Serviced my Singer when I had one. This man has repaired machines for his lifetime. Very knowledgeable. Good price for repairs. They sell a bit of thread and fabric but small amount. Mostly sell machines: Janome and do long arm quilting or rent long arm. I don't know a thing about this area .

Cleaned and repaired my daughter's Dyson vacuum cleaner at a very reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. People were very courteous and professional. Will use them again!

The people here take a real interest in you and really want you to learn. It’s more than sewing machine sales/service. It’s a resource center filled with friendly, knowledgeable people who love everything about sewing, quilting, and embroidery.

Michael is the best and most creative person I know. He can do anything with fabric. Take an ugly dress and turn it into a dress for a princess.
