La Mariposa Mexican Restaurant

La Mariposa was a great place to grab some dinner on a nice summer evening. We love their upper Deck area. It has a smaller menu and is more for street tacos and drinks rather than the full service restaurant on the main floor. Our servers were friendly and accommodating, the street tacos that we had were excellent. The traditional Margaritas were also great.

What a fabulous restaurant! Bianca is an exceptional waitress, very sweet and efficient. The whole staff was really great, and you know it’s a great restaurant when all the staff is smiling all the time. The food was off the charts delicious, the Rita was fresh and light, and I love the interior decoration which is very cheerful and bright! we need more of that cheerful personality in this world! Looking forward to having my birthday celebration there with a bunch of friends.

I can’t remember the last time I experienced such incredibly friendly service at a restaurant! Every employee greeted us with a smile, and the overall customer service and experience were absolutely phenomenal. The food was delicious and did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend this place whether you’re out with friends or enjoying a family meal. It’s the perfect spot for great food and even better service!

My husband and I went for a date night and this was our first time at the new location. The outside is really charming with the murals, twinkle lights and outdoor seating. The inside is very welcoming and bright; the bar and glass roller doors look great! Our server, Ethan, was attentive and made helpful drink and menu suggestions. Our food and drinks were delicious, especially the shrimp in our tacos and supreme burrito. We will be back!

We loved the atmosphere of La Mariposa! What a beautiful aesthetically pleasing place. The drinks were great and the food great too. Especially the fried ice cream. Our server Duby was attentive and very charming. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

WOW! I've eaten here three times in the last week. The food is incredible! Fresh, crispy vegetables on my Burrito Supreme, and all the drinks are perfectly created with love! Shout out to Marlen, Rocky, Richie, and Jasmine for taking such good care of my friends and I.

I also had a couple of business meetings here, and the staff was very accommodating. The ambiance is perfect for both casual dining and professional gatherings.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service!

Very good restaurant. I was there with my boyfriend and we both had a great time. The food was really good and the service was excellent. Our server Dubi was very attentive and made sure we have everything we need. Both me and my boyfriend agreed that he was the best server we ever had so far. We will definitely come back soon!

Got in quickly without reservations on a holiday weekend. Felt welcomed by all employees. Our server Rubin C. was fantastic. He kept our waters and drinks full, gave suggestions about meal choices. Food was yummy. We can’t wait to go again.

We had a great experience. We're from South Dakota where we don't have great Mexican. Food was good, service was great! Richy gave top notch service ans you could tell he liked his job! Rocky was a great manager.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Longmont! Love the atmosphere, food and service. They go above and beyond.

Me and my girlfriends came here before the movies and had a great meal with excellent service. We ordered the pollo empanizado tacos and supreme burrito which were both fresh and flavorful, I recommend both. Our server Ethan was very helpful in choosing what to get as well as being attentive with refills, sauces and more. He was humorous, positive, and patient making for a great experience. The music was a little loud but overall the atmosphere is nice. The food came out quickly and was delicious, spectacular service and nice atmosphere!

The restaurant is beautifully designed, the service is great and the food is excellent. We’ve come in a few times now and everything we’ve ordered has been exceptionally good. Tonight Dooby was our server and he was attentive, courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. We tried the fajitas. The seafood fajitas were insanely good.

I had an amazing lunch with my family and the service was amazing. The drinks where really good. The host was checking on us constantly. I would give them another 5 star if I was able to.

Skylar was a very attentive waiter. Best refried beans I’ve had. Service was great. Food and drinks were fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to enjoy the open roof deck.

Great Lunch Special! $13 and change for a meal and a soft drink. I had the chicken burrito which was large and filling. Erika was a fantastic server, very attentive and great to talk with. I'll be back to see her and to enjoy the rooftop patio!

Had lunch today with a friend at La Mariposa Longmont location. Doobie was our incredibly attentive waiter. He had good vibes all around, and so did every other employee at the restaurant for that matter! Great margaritas and food. 10 out of 10 experience, definitely recommend!

Server was Ruben - this place is awesome. Service is always friendly and food. OMG. SO SO SO GOOD.

DELICIOUS meal!! I had the enchilada dinner, my friends had combo plates. We enjoyed a lazy Sunday afternoon meal, and Karla our server was amazing! Friendly and attentive service, kindly let us take our time enjoying our margs, the vibe, and music in the restaurant - all fabulous! The decor is updated, lovely, vibrant, cheerful, and spotless clean. Did I mention how good the margs are? Thanks again to Karla for making us feel right at home. We will return and next time will visit their outdoor upstairs patio which has a stunning view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful meal a great server named Doobie. We will be back often!! We sat outside It was a beautiful evening lots of pretty flowers everything about the experience was great!
