I couldn't be happier with how they framed my cheapo print, giving it a more upscale appearance. I'm glad they advised on the black mat because it turned out better than what I would have chosen. The price was 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other places. To be honest, the first time I came in a year or so ago, I didn't have a great experience (the rep refused to discuss my project without the physical print in hand, even though I had a photo of it). I'm glad I gave them another chance because my experience was excellent this time around.

Frame Warehouse was excellent! If you want your items well-taken care of, with hands-on design assistance, and fantastic quality and options for a great value, this is the place! Our framer/designer, Matt, was wonderfully helpful in designing our three large pieces. He was informative and made great recommendations without being pushy or "upselling." There were even some really creative options that I'd not thought of, so I was glad I went to the pros! The turnaround time was fantastic (much faster than a few other places I checked with) and I was SO pleased with the results. The owner, Eric, even came out and personally greeted my husband and I at the pick-up to thank us for our order. All in all, a fabulous experience, and will definitely be going back and recommending to others! Thanks!

They did a fantastic job, were very accommodating and understanding of what I was looking for. They were helpful in providing suggestions as to what would work, both structurally and aesthetically and patient while I hemed and hawed. The prices are extremely reasonable after coupon discount is applied. This is the first time I've gotten something framed professionally and they understood those needs. Would definitely recommend.

We are so grateful to the folks at Frame Warehouse for helping us out! We visited them to get some custom mats cut earlier in the year, and as a result of a miscommunication, the mats were the wrong size; yet without question, they fixed it for free for us. We were so happy with the service that we then returned for our first custom framing job with them, and we couldn’t be happier. They helped us select everything and guided us through the process, so that the result was exactly what we had envisioned yet we weren’t quite sure how to get there ourselves. Highly recommend.

WOW! This place has some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. They rushed my job to make sure my parent's could see my new paintings hung up. Then when I realized I couldn't get them home in my car with them here they offered to deliver them to my house - at NO cost! Who does that these days?? Their prices were the lowest and they paintings look perfect stretched. Could not be more pleased. We will definitely be back anytime we need framing or stretching.

I've probably had 30 things framed by them over the last 17 years, from diplomas to art to hockey pucks and they still look perfect.

They are very attentive and very focused on doing it right. Beautiful work.

Anna and Eric were supremely helpful in helping me find a good mat and frame for an antique map. They really took time to find something within my budget and the end product looked fantastic! It might not be the cheapest place but they have a great selection of frames for custom pieces and they lifetime guarantee their work.

Over the last 20 years Eric and his staff have always known how to frame my husband's professional artwork and they proudly stand behind the quality of their work. We would never frame his work anywhere else! We always recommend people take their framing needs to these trusted experts. They also are very reasonably priced with many good options for a variety of budgets. We have seen work in Frame Warehouse of Durham framed for major universities and corporations as well as individuals.

The service and work of the Frame Warehouse was outstanding. I got my Bachelor and Master degree diplomas framed and I absolutely love them! The manager was extremely kind, patient, and generous to help me create a framed piece that I love in my home.

I always go to the Frame Warehouse first when I need a piece of needlework framed. They are one of the most affordable places I've used and they always do a great job. If I have a piece that I want to frame inexpensively, I can choose one of their pre-made frames. They'll cut the mounting board, my choice of glass and matting to fit the frame at a very reasonable price, and I do the actual framing itself. It took me awhile to trust them with the whole framing process because I've had experiences before(with other businesses) where I've paid a lot and gotten a poor framing job. However, since I've started letting them do the whole job I've been extremely pleased with the results. They set high standards and I've never been disappointed with the service I've received.

Eric is amazing. He took his time with us to make sure we got our picture framed the best it could look! This place is the best framing store in NC.
