My dad is there. Has excellent care and food. The staff is great and very caring.. Five stars facility in my book. Thank you Georgette and Ariel...all the nurses and cnas are fantastic...ty winnebago hospice...karen...mandi...dawn...etc. ty so much for taking care of my dad...God bless you all...also Randy...hospice chaplain...you guys rock....ty ty ty!!!!!

Thank you so much River Crossing, you had a beautiful Mother’s Day Celebration!!! Your staff put together an afternoon of treats, music and fellowship!!! The personal, handwritten invitations to the family, the way your staff interacted with residents and family members was heartwarming. It was an awesome event and again, thank you!!!

The lady at front desk was so kind & helpful to us. We spoke to another person who was pleasant also. The place was clean. Everyone appeared to be doing their job.

River Crossing is caring for my friend who is on hospice care. They check on him regularly, keep up with his medications and other medical needs. The staff is very caring and polite with my friend and his visitors while his health is declining.

Patty the RN, Cheryl the CNA were wonderful to my mother-in-law while she was in their care. I was very hesitant to place her into River Crossing but the staff and the care my MIL received was exceptional. Thank you all so much!

Everybody has pretty much gone out of their way to help myself and my mom. Ameshia(not sure how to spell her name sorry)and Angel have been a tremendous help to me over the last 1-1/2 years. I'm sure there's more names that I've missed but unfortunately I haven't met everybody that took care of my mom while we weren't allowed to go in. I'm very pleased with River Crossing.

I was there with a group from The Salvation Army to conduct a worship service! Staff was cordial and I could tell they cared about the residents!

I could not have asked for more caring people. The care, concern and love they all showed was more than I would have ever expected from anyone. Management helped with information regarding decisions our family had to make and made sure we were fully informed. They were there for anything you needed or any help that you needed. I am so grateful for them

The new nursing and administrative teams have done a fantastic job! The building is clean, the staff are focusing on customer service, and the patients seem pleased with the care.

Staff is energetic and responsive to needs of the residents. They were bought out by a new company who had the slogan "where people matter" They truly try to emulate that on a daily basis.

The young man at the front desk was so pleasant and very helpful tonight. He opened the doors each time so I could push my Mom’s wheelchair in and out of the facility.

Wonderful staff, very caring and attentive to the residents needs! Definitely a place to call home for loved ones!!

Georgette and her team do a fantastic job taking care of the residents, like family!

I left a message for Kyle and when I arrived shortly after to visit my mom I saw Kyle and he informed me that he had already completed the task I had requested he do. Kyle is da BOMB!!

Every person that cared for our loved one cared for her with respect and dignity and true compassion.

Nice place for my 80 year old brother-in-law to live. Staff is very cordial and friendly.

I had a great interview. The person, that interview had me feeling very comfortable and he was very professional.

I just visited Rachel and noticed the positive feeling from the staff and the leadership changes are really showing improvement in the facility

Nursing management has changed . New more professional staff. New director of Administration, New Director of nursing . As of 2-10-18

Staff was excellent and the DON is the very best!!! Highly recommend
