PNC Bank

First time inside this branch. Busy bank. I will drive the extra distance to bank at the Hermitage location over the Greenville location every time from now on. I felt the tellers were friendly and more helpful at this location.

Branch manager is great!! Very patient and understanding with my million phone calls and working with me while I’m going through a very rough time right now!!! Just wanted to give him a big shout out and customer compliment !!!!!!

I went here with a relative to get some of his disability payment.. PNC doesn't charge fees to these people to get their own money. That is cool.. Thanks PNC..

Tellers are always knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to do your business with. Like PNC always.

The tellers were very polite, and they got the job done.

I have accounts at several banks. This place really tries to get your buisness. Very professional an experienced staff. Makes FNB look like the dollar general.

Everyone is friendly and very professional. The tellers are very helpful as I come in at least once a week with my baby and they help as I juggle him to get my transactions done. My only complaint is the one teller, susan, she’s always rude and questioning me when I get her. I have heard her do the same to other customers as well, I called into Pnc but never got any call back. Other than that I’ve had PNC for years and used this branch weekly for the last few years and will continue to do so.

Not enough people to help

They are very slow at this location. Staff was also very rude. I usually go to the Greenville location but after the last 2 experiences here will consider switching banks.

I don't mind the long waits at the drive through - I have gotten used to them, BUT...No envelopes for the cash and the teller substitued a letter-sized envelope and taped it shut. To count the money I have to ruin the envelope - now I have nowhere to put a large sum of money! REALLY?? AND the money is backwards, upside down, whatever! Not a professional operation. Think we will be leaving you PNC.

Both ATM’s were not offering cash withdrawals.. Very frustrating..

How do you walk into a bank with three $20 bills? Ask for $5 bills in exchange for your twenties and get told you're not allowed to do business there. Unless you have an ID. Why would you need an ID to get change for cash? Why would you have people working for your bank that would even implement a rule like that? This is literally the worst banking practice I have ever seen from any bank in the history of banking. I hope that everybody leaves your bank for how you treat people
