Cole,Chloe& NateDog are the best employees because they are always helpful, nice and always give the best information on things we ask about it’s the best vape store in Laurel. If you want to me informed correctly about there products that’s the best place to go. Can’t leave out John he is also very informative about the products and gives us any information we ask. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people

I walked in to buy a vape and was greeted with a smile. The lady & gentleman that helped me were both very patient with me being that I was undecided on a flavor selection. I asked on some information about CBD for anxiety and was given lots of knowledge information and tips on what to get. I ended up adding gummies to my purchase as well. I’m excited and confident to try them because of the customer service that I received. I’m definitely returning to this store for further purchases!

Hey guys I'm reading all the reviews on vaporized in Laurel Ms and I have got to say the people are super friendly and very helpful to anyone they meet I recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a great place to shop for juice or vape materials they will be glad to assist you with any problem u have. Ok if u taste a flavor in the store yes it has a different flavor in every mod u can't expect every flavor to spot on but I have tried numerous flavors through them and it tastes just like what they say it should taste like so just see for yourself ok

These guys are great! Very patient and knowledgeable without the weird vibes all the other vape shops nearby have. They have a wonderful energy with every customer I see them interact with.

Literally some of the best customer service I have ever had. I have been to this particular store for years and they have engulfed me in their positivity. Even in stormy weather they find a way to make your day better. From anime stories to vape sales it is an all around joy to be in. I’ll stop ranting and just say it like this. I've been going here for 3 and a half years. Hands down the best customer service. When I was having surgery they gave me a bottle of juice for free. Please go to this location they deserve your business.

Best Vape Shop in Laurel by far. The staff is very knowledgeable about every product they sell. Cole and Zack especially are the best. They will always go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. I won't shop anywhere else for my vaping needs.
